Contacts are not on the way!

I ordered contacts days ago. I called to check on when they would arrive. Apparently they had trouble with my credit card and did not place the order. I told the agent how disappointed i was that my contacts were not on the way and why didn't someone reach out to say there was a problem with the card. She said sorry but could see no contact had been made. She tried the card again and it went through just fine. I thought i would give them a try with contact. I will be going back to those who specialize in contacts.

A review after 3 years of wearing WP glasses

I’m writing a review after having my Warby Parker glasses for 3 years. I went with Warby Parker because I liked their curated selection of stylish, distinctive glasses and their home try-on program. What I found was that few pairs of glasses are actually available for home try-on. When the ones I’d chosen arrived, none of them seemed to fit my face correctly, so I ended up having to go into a store anyway to ask if I would need narrow frames, which aren’t available for home try-on. The frames they ordered for me in the store didn’t end up being the correct ones, so I had to go back to the store again. When the correct frames finally arrived, they were completely crooked and required a third visit to a store to have them adjusted.
In addition to the crookedness, which other people I know have also experienced with Warby Parker glasses, the arms of the glasses stick out way too far behind my ears, so you can’t comfortably rest your head against a pillow without them falling off, which others have also said they experience. Though I paid extra for non-scratch coating and take extremely good care of my glasses (they never leave the house and are always kept in the case), I had to replace the glasses once because they got deep scratches right in the center of the lens, and I’m now getting rid of the replacement pair because they’re all scratched up in the center to the point that it’s hard to see. (I finally asked an associate at Pearle Vision about this, and he said it’s because of the cheap quality of the glasses, which I was surprised to see are from China, not the U.S.) Though I really like the idea of a curated selection of glasses that you can try on at home, especially during the pandemic, I won’t be buying another pair from Warby Parker - they’re more trouble than they’re worth.

Very satisfied with Warby Parker!

As stated by another reviewer, the bad reviews have me stumped. I have had an outstanding experience asking to try 2 sets (5 prs each) of glasses, buying 3, returning 2, exchanging 1. I had difficulty deciding which prescription/glasses would best meet my needs. Every step of the way the service could not have been better. I have always found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - offering service that made my part easy. Happy camper here - and I love my new specs!

My glasses were supposed to be here…

My glasses were supposed to be here yesterday, but they're not even finished. Customer service has no idea why. I'm left to wonder when I'll get my glasses after being told that they would be expedited because I broke my current pair.

Following up on my earlier review

Following up on my earlier review. It has now been over a month, Two promised delivery dates have come and gone. At no time did the company take the initiative and contact me after a delivery date was missed. I called them today and they said they should be ready to ship in 3-6 business days. I might have been willing to give them a third chance if they had offered a reasonable discount. The most they would offer is a 15% discount. Pretty pathetic. I cancelled the order. Don’t waste your time. There are lots of places to buy glasses. This company obviously just cares about advertising and marketing to get new customers and not about taking care of them.

Buyer BewareI

I recently made my first purchase of WP last week of December. Out of network for my VSP insurance, total price for my Tatum polycarbonate frames ($95) with progressive, blue light filtering lenses ($250) was $345 before insurance which I thought was a good price. However, after waiting a couple of weeks, I learned my glasses got lost during the handoff to UPS. So, they had to make another pair (another 6 business days) and gave me a $30 credit. This time, the glasses failed the final inspection so another 6 business day delay during which I was given a $50 credit and upgraded to overnight shipping. When the glasses finally arrived, both pair arrived same day. To add insult to injury, neither frames looked like the pair I tried on in the store which were tortoise with flecks of gray to complement my silver hair. One pair had zero gray on the outside of the frame but many on the inside of the frame where no one would ever see. The other pair has one spec of gray on either side, so I kept those and returned the other. If I had purchased the glasses earlier in the year, I would've returned both but I didn't want to lose my 2022 benefits. I will never buy WP ever again.

Don’t use Warby Parker

I have used WP for many sets of glasses, and their service used to be excellent. Their service is now terrible, and their workmanship and craftsmanship of terrible
Quality. After a minor physical insult to my four month old progressives, the one arm of the frame became irreversibly bent. I have worn glasses for five decades and have never broken any. WP will not sell the identical
Frame to me and put in the perfectly good
- and incredibly expensive lenses - ostensibly because lenses are cut for each unique Frame. Doesn’t say much about the frame-making, but says a lot about the service - there is no attempt to solve this problem. DO NOT USE WP. They are terrible.

I bought online last month and thought…

I bought online last month and thought it would be hard to pick. They have an app that shows what the glasses look on your face and it was pretty accurate! I got the ones with blue light since I am behind a computer all day and it's working so far.
I'll be looking a few others after the holidays!

Have now owned about 4 pairs of Parker…

Have now owned about 4 pairs of Parker glasses. Every single set of lenses have scratched within the first month of purchase. Not even under any significant mis-handling or misuse. And they all develop this weird film over the lenses two, like a portion of the glass itself sheers off or something. Add to this the fact that they need your current lenses to make new ones, meaning if you only have 1 pair of glasses they expect you to send them your current lenses and be blind until you get yours. Unbelievable. Never again.

Won’t be buying again.

The frames are beautiful and stylish. I loved the at-home try on. However, the glasses scratch so easily. I had a replacement on my first pair because they scratched, and the replacement pair scratched as well (even though I was being very careful to prevent a scratch a second time) and they would not return the second pair. I’m really disappointed in how easily the lenses scratch and I will not be buying through Warby Parker again. I’ve never had this much of a scratch issue with any other glasses I’ve owned.

Nothing bad to say

I’m not really sure why there are so many bad reviews, I had great experiences with WP both times I used them. They likely don’t ask customers to write about their positive experiences.

The try on box is convenient and I found it very hassle free. One time it was getting close to the end of the 7 day period and I simply called to let them know and they noted that and allowed me an extra 3 days. I wasn’t charged at all.

Customer service was really helpful to me and I have both pairs of glasses I’ve gotten over the last 3 years. They will even replace your old lenses with new ones in your old WP frames, whether because they are worn/ scratched or because of a new prescription. This does cost money but not as much as frames.

10/10 would recommend.

I have ordered 3 pairs of glasses over…

I have ordered 3 pairs of glasses over the period of 2 year's. My most recent pair I had ordered I wasn't in love with so they were sent back, my return was processed in about a week. I recorded a new pair and they came in less then 7 days! Their glasses are great quality, you can't beat the price, and as someone who needs smaller glass frames for my face, they have a great selection for narrow glasses. Their fit is spot on. And their try on home option they offer is super helpful. Overall very satisfied with this company.

Warby Parker supports abortion

Do not buy from Warby Parker. They recently pulled their ads from The Ben Shapiro show cause some left wing lunatic on twitter told them that Mr. Shapiro supported Texas' "Heartbeat Bill". She forced Warby Parker to pull the ad on the show and tweeted back they were not aware. Meaning Warby Parker supports abortion. The killing of a baby. DO NOT BUY FROM THID COMPANY!!!!!

Expensive product, but don't expect it to last

Bought WP glasses a couple years ago. The other day they snapped when I was cleaning them. Not crazy hard cleaning, just holding them with a cloth. I phoned customer service and they offered a $50 discount on my next order. Really?? I paid $350 for the glasses. I don't expect glasses to last forever, but for $350 I do expect them to last more than 2 years. I have owned many glasses over the years, including others from WP, and never have I had glasses BREAK IN HALF. Not cool Warby Parker. You should stand by your product.

Pretty bad experience

With multiple attempts and good experience few years back I am done with Warby Parker. They can’t get my prescription lenses correct with multiple attempts and then refuse to take them back or exchange to plain lenses. Staff at most locations is rude and arrogant, not sure where is comes from.

Warby Parker sucks

Warby Parker sucks. I ordered a pair of glasses, for which I paid in full, on July 13th. The phony used car salesman con artist at the store told me I’d get them in 4-6 days. When I tracked the package, 11 days later, I got an insultingly phony message about Covid related delays. Finally, on the 24th I got a message that said my glasses were in. On the 26th I went to the store and was told that my glasses had not passed a quality test. I was told my glasses would be ready on the 29th.Today. So I called. No glasses and not a clue about when I would get them. Nobody can tell me when I’ll get my glasses! $420 and Warby Parker has no clue!!! Warby Parker Suuuucks!!! The only good thing is I got a prescription I can I use when I order from Zenni Optical. I repeat; Warby Parker SUUUUCKS!!! I will never use them again.
