I've worn Warby Parker glasses since 2021. No issues with the frames etc. However I recently took frames into local store to get new lenses. From 7/23 order date until expected delivery notificatio... See more

I won't give Warby Parker five stars…
I would give Warby Parker five stars for everything except their shipping and delivery. For that I give them one star. I give five stars for their service, quality, style and overall good business..... but they refuse to address their production and delivery issues. The last few pairs I've ordered seem to take at least a week to make, and then they ship by USPS. I have talked to them about the fact that in my city USPS can take up to a month to deliver a small package. They know that, but they have told me that that corporate won't spend the additional money to deal with this problem. My last pair took over a month to arrive. They weren't right and they have to be remade, and now I've been waiting eight days and they haven't even shipped them from China yet. This completely sours an otherwise great product.
The quality, price and customer service is amazing.
The quality of their glasses, price and customer service is all amazing. I really love their at home try on too. Great company.
Service in store was great
Service in store was great, delivery NOT great, next time through them out the door to me as i pass by the store
I'm pretty happy
Warby parker, are Pretty decent!
I have two pairs of glasses from them, one pair broke that i had bought about a year and a half ago, recently,
I think it’s because the lady in the store made them too tight on my face when I went to get them adjusted.
I called them!
they sent me a free pair, with my new prescription for free.
If you scratch your glasses within the year, they will replace the lenses!
The only downside is,
I can’t use my insurance with them,
It only took them about three days to send me a new pair.
Another issue I have is I have a small face and have to wear extra narrow, with short temples.
their variety of options isn’t good!
Most people don’t have a face as small as mine, so they have a lot of designs for the majority!
Perhaps in the future they will come out with better styles for child sized frames. my insurance only offers me really bad, cheap quality frames
and bad lenses,
Especially if you have a high index prescription like I do,
They would look like I have Coke bottles!
They also donate glasses to other countries?
I think they should donate to the United States as well!
Because Davis vision is terrible.
I can’t even get contact lenses with them.
I am pretty happy with them as a company,
they’re much nicer than other optical stores, that I’ve been in!
I will never understand why optical stores charge extra for a contact lens exam?
My son just gave me a bunch of daily disposables that he doesn’t use,
they’re not my prescription,
but they work, for distance!
I wish I could exchange them all for the correct prescription.
They’re all Acuvue oasis dailies.
Thanks WP
Great glasses
Great glasses. Bought them a few months ago and I was delighted with the experience. Will buy again soon!
They have good prices
They have good prices. The glasses are more of a hipster and urban style that’s pretty cool. I like that they have different designs and patterns on the frames in different colors. I’ve bought from them a few times and have never been disappointed.
Incapable Lab: Breaking and Losing Irreplaceable Frames!!
I used to love Warby Parker. I bought all my glasses there. Now, I will never ever .. ever buy future frames from them..ever again. And here is why: My fiancé has been wearing the same red "Preston" frames from Warby Parker for 4 years now. He LOVES those frames..it's what he is known for! Stupidly, Warby Parker discontinued the "Preston." Jump forward to December 2020, when my fiancé drops off his precious frames to have his lenses replaced. Three weeks later WP emails him, stating that the lab BROKE HIS FRAMES and that they can offer him a free pair of OTHER frames. Not an acceptable solution! I mean, my fiancé was crushed and LIVID. I can't emphasis how much he loves those red frames. Then, he finds two used "Preston" frames on eBay and Poshmark and purchases them for $70 each, hoping that he can send them both out to WP, have them replace the lenses - free of charge, of course, and have backup frames in the future (if WP decided to be careless again and break them). He sends them both to the WP lab and receives ONE pair back... After numerous emails and phone calls with incapable representatives, they email him today...THE LAB LOST HIS FRAMES. I mean, at this point it has become beyond pathetic! Like, doesn't the lab even care a little bit about the owner of the glasses?? Don't they know that you need to be even more careful with frames that have been discontinued?? UNACCEPTABLE! And please remember that my fiancé had to buy two extra used frames ELSEWHERE just to make up for their mistake. Plus, this is the SECOND mistake they made with his discontinued frames within two months! First pair: Broken by the lab. Repurchased second pair: Lost by lab. What an incapable lab staff.
glasses were fine for a few months
glasses were fine for a few months, but poorly constructed fell apart easily. The prescription was poorly crafted and i could not read my phone without taking my glasses off. Would not go back.
Nicely designed glasses
Nicely designed glasses. Very stylish and affordable. I like that they give away pairs to charity too. Buy like 3 pairs at a time in different colors to wear with different outfits.
Good place to get glasses
Good place to get glasses. The basic pairs are cheap enough to buy several styles so you can mix up your fashion choices and colors a bit. The eye exam also went nicely. All in all I’m happy buying a new pair or two every year and building up a nice collection of modern glasses.

I’ve bought 6 pairs of glasses from them over the last few years. The styles are a tad more hipsterish than I prefer, but the price can’t be beat and they also give to charity.
Many of the styles are a bit too overly…
Many of the styles are a bit too overly trendy and attempting to be hipsterish, but they have a good selection of low cost plastic glasses and also donate pairs to charity. I buy 2 or 3 pairs every 18 months or so in different colors and have amassed a fresh new pair in lots of colors that matches just about any conceivable outfit.
I like the design of their glasses and…
I like the design of their glasses and the simple pricing system. I prefer getting several pairs of these and rotating through them as a better option than paying the same price for one really nice pair from another company.
Durable frames and great customer service
I bought some acrylic glasses from Warby Parker around 2013 to be my spare pair (in case my main glasses were damaged or I got bored of them). I didn't wear them very much. Alas the frame broke a few years later. I then emailed Warby Parker, and they replaced the broken frames for me. Great customer service!
The replacement frames were also my spare pair for a while, but I have been wearing them all day every day for months now. I like the shape and colour, and they have proved to be really durable. Really happy with them.
I have had a pair of Warby Parker for…
I have had a pair of Warby Parker for about 6 months now. I loved the experience of buying glasses from them. I ordered 5 different glasses and got to try them at home. It was very easy to send them back and then re-ordering the frame that I wanted. It arrived in a super cute box. They are really comfortable and stylish. My husband just ordered a pair today as well :)
I ordered online a replacement pair of…
I ordered online a replacement pair of glasses, as those I have are scratched (and I have them on every single minute of the day). After 3 weeks, I asked for an update, and they realized that the person who had taken my order had made a mistake and they were waiting for me to send my glasses, in order to replace the lenses. I paid the difference in order to get the frame as well and I was assured my finally corrected order would be given priority and I'd receive what I needed in one week. One week later, without any news, I wrote them. And then one of their supervisors realized that, not only that frame was no longer available, but that they could not send me another pair of glasses without a doctor's appointment first! I will certainly NOT use their services every again, and I will keep wondering if they took advantage of me because, as they know from my doctor's appointments in the past, and my own name, that I am a foreigner.
Short story- quality frames of frames…
Short story- quality of frames is poor and terrible customer service. Avoid!
Longer story - I did their free frame trail thing and found a pair of frames I liked. I ordered that pair and entered in all my prescription info. I was wanting to get 2 pairs (in different colors) and since my eyesight isn’t great and I needed some of the extras, it was going to be expensive so I used the financing option. I was then contacted a couple days later that they needed more info about my prescription. I gave them the info and as they’re entering it they let me know they actually can’t update this order since I used the financing option and would have to cancel my order and then order it again. ?? I canceled the order and then decided to pay with my debit card and only get 1 pair of glasses in order to avoid this happening again. I wait a couple weeks and my new glasses arrive. Can’t wait to try them on! Put them on and...it’s very clear the prescription is wrong. The glasses also felt and looked different than the trial pair; more flimsy and cheap looking. I call them to say the prescription is definitely wrong (as opposed to just needing to adjust to it). They put me on hold to trouble shoot with one of their eye specialists. Customer service then tells me call volume is high and they can call me back. They can’t give me a time for the call back, but they’ll call me back sometime today. I say that’s fine and we hang up. Two hours later I receive an email from customer service saying I’ll need to call them and they’re not doing call backs at this time (FYI this was toward the tail end of COVID lockdown time). I call back and I’m given exact same run around as before. I never received any help and after a week, totally disgusted and unimpressed with their process and customer service, I returned the glasses. Some of the customer service reps were nice and did their job well, but majority offered terrible customer service and gave the impression you should be grateful for any morsel of help they provide. Person who processed the return could have cared less about my poor experience and losing a customer. Hope this review helps someone avoid the headache that is Warby Parker.
Their customer service is pitiful
Their customer service is pitiful. We bought two pairs of glasses and asked for two separate receipts. They cannot give you two separate receipts to submit to the insurance company.
Their glasses are good - but their customer service sucks! I've bought loads of glasses from them... but going forward, I am gonna have to go elsewhere. I ask you for two receipts... and you can't help me... I need to find a better company to do business with. I'm gonna try a different company.
Poor customer service
Placed order. There was a problem with it. They forgot to contact me. If I hadn’t got in touch I would never have received my order. Wanted to place second order but asked for incentive (maybe a discount) to keep my custom. They refused. Not a great way to treat a new customer, especially after messing up. Needless to say, I’ll be using another company 😡
Ordered 2 pair to try on at home and…
Ordered 2 pair to try on at home and they sent 5. All were way to small and I could barely get them on. They looked like children’s glasses. They don’t sell glasses by size, just medium or wide. The quality was fair, they were the kind you can buy at any drugstore for about 10 bucks. This will be the last time I use mail order for my glasses. I would rather go to my local optician and get fitted correctly with the proper lenses.
