I am very disappointed in the pre-order…
I am very disappointed in the pre-order system. On numerous occasions I have added merchandise to my account and went to pay only to be told the merchandise is no longer avaliable. This is within less than 3 minutes of product availability. The merchandise is the. Sold for 3-4 times the value on ebay. Why would you allow people to profit from your company due to poor logistics? Years ago, this was never an issue.

A warm and friendly store!
The store is great! Its well maintained, has a wide selection, and the owner is a blast to talk to. She was able to help me find what I needed and even though she didnt carry it in store she was able to help me place the order online. The store feels welcoming and there were lots of folks in the store painting and playing.

The service was great! I stopped in on a whim after a track meet, not thinking I would get anything as I was more interested in getting into the hobby, or at the very least, seeing what there was in store.
The staff was super polite! Talked me through everything related and even had trial areas where I got to see what the hobby was like before spending. Super accommodating to how I lacked a significant budget and helped me find units that matched!

Worst experience as a customer.
Worst experience trying to figure out where my package is. Send three emails one gets a response and any follow up is just a middle finger.
The attitude screams thanks for the money, best of luck figuring out anything.

Edit: I had to call the United States customer service to get anywhere near of an idea to just to find out it was left out by the door and stolen.
Initial email was responded to regarding an initial question about the initial order but not the redirect order.
Upon following up on the email i received no reply, then proceeded to send further emails and still haven’t seen any reply until i reached out to US warhammer and was informed of the delivery.

They did ask to see a receipt from 6 months ago initially, but after getting witness proof of purchase from a store manager they gave me a new codex code

I only ordered a gift card online for a family member’s birthday but I had no problem with navigating my way through, hassle free experience.
Very good and responsive support, nice webstore also
While I personally still prefer the older look and interactive aspects of the webstore from a few years ago, the new UI and appearance is still very clean and easy to navigate. Well organised and very easy to find stuff and information about it also, greatly limiting the confusion someone new to the hobby might encounter otherwise.
Customer service have also been really friendly and responsive each time I've used them before, and although I have my qualms with GW as a company at times its staff have proven to be very consistently polite and reliable.
