Glad to use warhammer plus, website works well, a bit annoying that I often have to login again, but I guess it's good security.

Actually, I’d love to give 5 stars. But for the ordering and delivery service, I can only give 3 stars.
You place an order, and they say it’ll arrive in 2–3 weeks. After 4 weeks, you follow up and don’t get a response for days.

Ordered on line for first time with warhammer straight forward and easy very quick delivery items really well packaged, detail to models second to none, extremely impressed from ordering to delivery Thank you

Easy to order, postage to my local GW shop is an awesome option.

Great Customer Service that does its best to correct all problems and find solutions.

Responses were quick, succinct and exceedingly helpful. There was no hassle with the provided evidence of product defect like i'm used to with alot of similiar companies, and the staff I spoke with were generally very kind.

There is nothing better than free Warhammer, especially when you wake up to it. I found that I was sent a free voucher and It just so happens the price of the voucher was that of the classic black orc model. With that and warhammer+ model I got with it my day has been predetermined to be a great one, thanks GW!!!

your cart sigan in system sucks it replaced items from my cart so had to reorder preorder stuff now have to call customer service on monday as they are not open on preorder days

I was initially having issues with redeeming my order, I reached out to customer support, the site said it takes on average of 3-4 business days to respond. Within the first two I not only received a response, I was also clearly and concisely told how to redeem it after they did a quick fix of the issue. They also left follow up instructions that were easy to follow in-case I still needed assistance. One of the best customer support interactions I've ever had.

Cancelled my order after several days, no explanation. Was a premium collectors edition of a book.

Easy to use, websites great to navigate, and enjoyed the Warhammer references to the various processing screens!

Easy to find product, checkour process isnt pain, "notify me" option is available for out of stock items, easy to navigate for all my favorite warhammer needs. Which are varied and many!

Nothing to complain about. Been using Games Workshop for over thirty years and they have improved a lot. Models are excellent quality and yes expensive but you get what you pay for. No issues with the website and I am over sixty. Love the game, love this site.

This is my first time buying from your store; I usually buy from Amazon because the shipping is more convenient. I bought the Horus Heresy book without any problems. I was hoping for the Horus Limited Edition, but I wasn't lucky. T_T I had to settle for the hardcover edition. I hope the shipping goes smoothly and without any issues. I would love it if you restocked out-of-stock books more often.

The instructions on their products are refutted by their own support networks and tutorial channels, showing the Company knows they are incorrect and thus selling products with a promise they are more user friendly than they are. Any attempts to have them pay for the damages they caused are met with false promises to investigate with ridiculously long promised response times they either miss, or meet with an automated 'still investigating' message.

If you do get a response, its them telling you to just buy more product, or that they might consider replacing damaged items only if they want to, and if the damaged item is one of their products.

Would just like to say thank you for all of your hard work with my recent orders and support provided.

This has been an amazing experience so far. One mini was broken but the issue was resolved so fast and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Look forward to finding my local store and frequenting.

Old website was so much better, could have spent the money for this giving local store a basic web interface instead of forcing them to use email, google survey, and hope. Search engine is basically useless, constantly cuts off what I am typing, regularly fails to find things using their name. Old filters were way better. During preorders often resets and forces you to start over instead of easily editing carts for items no longer available. Just embarrassing

Only leaving feedback as I was forced to disconnect from my VPN to make a purchase or even add an item to my cart. Defeats the purpose of having a VPN and keeping online secure. Otherwise its all good

10:00 A.M i connect on Black library and see finally the 4 books i have waiting for.
Got them in my cart (Was tidious due to a lot of connexion issues), proceed to payment and, oh, not working ...
Ok, let's do try everything (Reboot IP, Actualising, etc) 15 min later, sorry out of stock. My frustration is around 60/100, so let's only buy the two other books, and oh, still not working Error message when i want to pay... End of the day: an other one was our of stock. Perfect,; Frustration 150/100. Considering the price of this hobby + i was paying (not anymore obviously) Warhammer + i expect to get a service at the level of the price. Missing because i was not here is something, missing because the coding & the site is bad is something else.
