The site has always been fairly reliable no aside from stock flow issues to Australia its always been a good experience. My only problem that I've really had was the option to pay for tracked shipping didn't work at all when i chose the option so was a bit of a waste off money in that regard.

Horrible shipping times said 5 working days been two weeks now, sure am glad I paid $150 to wait for two weeks even thought it was stated to be 5 working days have tried to contact help several times just to be ignored first an last time buying here will go back to third party. 0/10 if I could give it.

Super straight forward, easy to navigate as long as you know what you want. Prices were amazing compared to most places in person. Will most likely come back for paints, of course when I need more

The customer is always wrong.
There is no point in calling and speaking to a human when all they tell me is to go online. I dont want to go online and run around a death spiral. Id prefer a person but no matter what i do when i pay you money i get stuck with a robot telling me there nothing they can do. your automated digital services never work right for me and out a year of WD subscriptions i have to call 6-7 months a year to tell you i didnt get the magazine. I pay games workshop money= a problem i have so solve alone when something goes wrong. Its easier just to set my cash on fire. Oh and female custodes is straight trash and all of you know it

Very intuitive, online shop - I'm ordering frequently my miniatures directly in this shop.
And if something is out of stock: add a remark, and you will get the information, as soon the product is available again.
Also the support is very fast and friendly, whenever I had questions.

Ordering Black Library Books Online
I ordered multiple books directly on the Warhammer website and pick them up at a store very close to my school. I don't have to pay any shipping fees and I have a large window to pick them up so I don't even need to rush or diligently keep track of the package. Black Library books are great reads but sometimes end up being a little thinner than I'd like, at least the Horus Heresy ones have many books over 400 or 500 pages.

A bit silly that you have to pay shipping costs for an order of exactly 50 euros. Even more that you have to use a credit card or PayPal.

Love all the stuff they do but a few little things seem a bit weird to me like how on warhammer 40k app it lets you have unusual sizes for your groups like a deathshroud terminators i can have a unit of 4 instead of 3 but i have to pay the points cost of 6 of them rather then just for the one extra which i feel like could be easily changed without breaking anything like the normal price for a 3 man deathsroud terminator is 160 right now but if i want to use 4 i have to pay 320 points and i know there points dont divide nicely as in if you wanted to be totally fair it would be 53.333 for one terminator which you cant really have but if you rounded up to the nearest 5 it could be 55 points per one you add so if i wanted to run a 4 man of deathshroud terminators id pay 215 which i think is fine even if i have to pay a little extra points for it and id either like to see it be you cant run weird numbers or just give them a quantifiable increase per model

Like others, I found the website clunky and difficult to navigate with a pretty useless search function. Checking out was, likewise, difficult, frustrating, intrusive, and nearly caused me to give up on ordering product. Unless the product is exceptional, I'll probably not revisit.

White Dwarf Magazine still amazing
Although I do miss the nostalgia hit of the Oldhammer style White Dwarf magazines of yesteryear, I still do thoroughly enjoy the modern White Dwarf publications. High quality content and nice cardstock for expansion character cards and punch-out tokens. Really appreciate Games Workshop supporting their products through this magazine. Loving Warhammer Quest Darkwater at the moment. Have subscribed!

It was a really bad shopping experience. I spent two months waiting for this model to be restocked before I could purchase it. After I bought it, they cancelled my order without giving me a reasonable explanation. I asked the customer service team for a solution, but I haven't received a response yet.

Warhammer store leaves much to be desired
Warhammer asked too much personal information. A birth date should not be needed and a phone number should be optional.
And checking out with a guest account does not enable you to redeem a voucher, so creating an account is forced to use a voucher.
And finally a shop to deliver outside of the UK can only be selected after changing the country on the website.
The shopping experience was unnecessarily complex and user unfriendly.
