Claim a Full Refund through your Bank

After watching the video
of the Wooden Man Magic Toy I ordered 2 packs of 3 towards my grand children's Christmas presents, but they were a waste of money. When they arrived the boxes were so badly damaged they couldn't possibly be given as gifts which was the reason I bought them, so that was the first disappointment. The wording on the boxes was alarming & totally unsuitable for a childrens toy, as it said; "The small wooden man cannot be broken to kill the cute little wood. Beat to death a group of heroes from around the world".On opening the boxes,I found that not only had the buyer got to assemble the items, but that some of the parts needed to put it all together were missing from ALL the boxes, meaning the items were all non- functional & not fit for purpose. I emailed warmday quoting their terms & conditions & guarantee & they had the cheek to respond by saying they would NOT accept any returns due to Covid & they offered me a 20% refund & said I could keep the item. I said NO I wanted to return the items for a full refund. They then offered me a 50% refund & said that was the best they could do. I got in touch with my bank & within 2 days I was given a FULL REFUND!!! These are dangerous items & should NOT be described as toys, so if everyone contacted their bank & got a full refund this company would soon go out of business. I am sending the offending items to my local Trading Standards in the hope that this unscrupulous company can be prosecuted. If I could give zero stars I would as they are a load of scammers.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Very poor quality, sizing wrong, even though the website says 100% money back guarantee, they won't refund you.

Scam alert…

Ordered a nail clipper set,all that came was the nail clipper, I sent them an email complaining and got one back saying that because of Covid they would give me back 20%. I smell a scam.

Absolutely Shocking site !!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER, quality is rubbish, customer service is not attainable and I am still waiting for my refund which has been 1 month over due and still customer service do not reply!

Avoid this company like the plague

With in 10 mins of placing my order two scam calls. I contacted company by email, their response by email was to ask me for my email address!!
Finally company informed me that the item I ordered was out of stock and would take 15-21 days. They asked did I want a refund🤔.
I will wait for my refund to appear, but I have informed my credit card company of the situation.

These stupid size guides need to be…

These stupid size guides need to be reviewed, they exaggerate so much when they advertise, even when u go by THEIR SIZE Guide, it's rubbish, it's way tooooo small, don't even go over ur head. Stay away from these PATHETIC XL, XXL etc etc sizes, they're crap. On top of that they don't reply swiftly when u challenge them!!!!

Just received two blouses with the zip

Just received two blouses with the zip, the cotton from one of the blouses was hanging everywhere and the stitching was so bad round the edges. The sizes aren’t very good either. When I ordered didn’t read reviews because the reviews on the item was amazing probably fake. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Wish i'd read the reviews before ordering. The advert popped up in Instagram and the item was ideal, just what i wanted. Placed my order then within seconds realise i'd ordered the incorrect item, no problem just sent Warmdays a quick email to change it before it was shipped. I sent them several emails and still they shipped the incorrect item. When i emailed again to say i didnt want it my reply was it was too late it had already been shipped and if i wanted to it return to China it would be at my own cost. Do not use unless you like wasting your money

Worst ever online experience

Worst ever online experience! Hadn’t realised there is no physical presence in the UK, only a website. Item that was ordered, arrived late, was nothing like the description and was broken. Customer service, judging by the time lag and language, must be based in China. Refund was repeatedly refused using COVID as an excuse. Finally I was obliged to ask credit card company to issue a chargeback.

Police Notice

One star just so I could move on: I’ve just had email to track my parcel and a police notice comes up with anti fraud dept saying domain has been suspended with details how to contact them if affected!
I guess I’ve lost my £20 then!

Ordered Christmas presents early last December. They were not delivered and after contacting Warmday for a re-delivery or a refund they totally fobbed me off. No contact since last April. After making a negative customer comment on their facebook page ( which they have removed or have hidden) they have now blocked me from making any “reaction” or commenting from their page ! My advice, do not purchase from this “company”
