There’s probably no point in leaving this review as the company hasn’t responded to any reviews in the last 12 months.. I bought the elephant ornament via Facebook.. I wish I’d read the reviews here first!! The ornament was tiny, rubbish plastic and the elephants were supposed to attach to each other to hang down off a shelf.. nothing like the photo/advert, emailed them and was offered 20% refund and they aren’t accepting returns because of Covid.. I replied saying I want a full refund but nothing back as of yet.. lesson learnt by myself.. don’t order anything via a Facebook advert and read reviews first!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️

ordered stain glass window decoration was given poor quality acrylic. Website wouldnt return it, entered paypal dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I bought a product online from this shop that follows a really tipical fraud pattern.
The product was advertised on Facebook with a professional video and webpage with description that was then removed from the website.
A product was actually sent to my address and arrived more than 20 days after (20 days is the deadline to block the paypal payment).
The product received has nothing to do with the one ordered (a manually cut cloth instead of a biodegradable math with grass seeds) but in someway match part of the product description (color and similar size).
Given that the product arrived the customer cannot complain about the missing service. The website advertise that: "You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund."
Contacting the customer service they proposed a 20% refund without returning the product.
I strongly reccomend everyone in my situation to report the scam to the website actionfraud police uk so to protect more customers to get to the same.

I eventually got 70percent refund after refusing lower offers. I told them I'd had legal advice Citizens Advice and instructed credit card company to pursue refund. I accepted 70 as I'd read they stopped answering email with some people. Never give them business.

I received my broken ugly 7-birds suncatcher, I wish I could upload a photo for you to laugh. It's acrylic and there's an adhesive film on it with lots of bubbles. It's NOT stained glass! I was buying it for my mum and I want to vomit when I look at it. I paid £20 for it, and it's real cost is maybe £1. The only reply I got is they don't accept returns (although on their website they swear they 100% guarantee returns), and can offer 20% guarantee. Then they stopped replying emails. I asked my bank to solve the issue, but they said it might take up to 12 weeks.

Absolutely disgusted with the product I bought. Cheap plastic. Not glass as advertised. Very small. Avoid at all costs.

FRAUDSTERS - AVOID.
Although they have a co.uk email address, appear to be based in Los Angeles??
Took 4 weeks to receive ‘stained glass’ sun catcher birds which was actually cheap acrylic with stickers on. Initially advised they do not refund, or accept returns. Accused them of false advertising. Initially offered 20% back, then when I refused to accept this, processed a full refund including the cost of delivery.
DO NOT ORDER and if you already have, stick to your guns.

I ordered a set or Bras, which finally arrived 4 months after I had ordered them. They were absolute rubbish. I tried to send them back but just kept getting an automated email message in return.
These bras cost me £75.

My order was simple, they advertised two sets of stencils, set 1 x 12 different stencils in the set,
set 2 x 12 different from set 1.
I received 2 x set 1!!
Emailed with them,
After many emails, I received , yet another of set 1, and then there were 3 x set 1,!!!
I have tried emailing again and they just keep send automated answer and starting me again on the same journey!
Yes this is there plan.
Most dreadful customer service I have ever received.

Same thing happened to me. Ordered the bird suncatchers and they were awful. Emailed support and they offered a 20% refund. As product was not as described, I've contacted my bank and requested a full refund under Section 75 of the UK Consumer Credit Act. I recommend if you are reading this review you do the same. If you purchased using a debit card, request a chargeback via your bank. It may take up to 45 days but at least you get your money back from fraudsters like this 👌

I bought the Acrylic 7 Birds Window Hangings, I swear when I bought it for £29.99p it said glass on the heading. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! You do not receive the beautiful looking hanging bird mobile as shown in the pictures, you get a very cheap and nasty piece of plastic that isn't worth two pence. It took weeks to arrive and the customer service is rubbish too. Look at all the other reviews, you've been warned. I'm throwing mine straight in the bin.

If there was a minus star I would give them that.

Rubbish I ordered stain glass birds to receive acrilic took ages to arrive have to assemble a shoddy hanging chain complete waste of money have read other reviews lots of people been conned and not getting money back either!!! I'm not a happy bunny.

This site is miss selling I gave never gif my product and they ring give me my money back I spent £20 on a mop in January and I’m still waiting did not use this site

What a complete mis-selling of thus product, make in cheap acrylic, definitely NOT glass or wire in it!!! Took ages to arrive after many emails, I have asked for a refund, it is cheap tat,!soooo disappointed I didn't check this out before ordering from'warmday'!!! Instagram & Facebook will be made aware of this too allowing them.to market at such profit! Disgusting!

Nil stars. What a huge shame that I only saw these reviews after receiving their appalling products, plastic cheap moulded plastic instead of stained glass. I spent almost £40. There are five blatant lies in their description, and false photographs. They at first offered '20% back and you keep it, OK?' which I refused, saying I would not be keeping the product but donating it to a charity shop. They offered 50%, which I refused saying that what they were doing was illegal and I was entitled to a full refund. They then refunded me in full, minus the postage I had paid. So my advice is keep going. I also rang Citizens' Advice who were very helpful but said they can only deal with UK companies.

Ditto: AVOID this company. Total misrepresentation of product. Painted plastic presented as stained glass. A cheat. Cheap product.

This company should be shut down....minus zero stars for misrepresentation.
