The whole process was carried out in an excellent manner.Dave did the initial survey and explained what was involved in the coming installation. Amy made regular calls to update me and book appointments.
On the day, Andy and Will arrived on time and soon started work to remove my old boiler and began to install the new pipework and new radiators. Before leaving at the end of the day they cleaned efficiently.
The second day was equally efficient. When all the work was complete, Will ensured that I was fully informed about the working of the new heating system and assured me that I could contact them at any time if I encountered any problems.
I was really impressed with the standard of work which was done and the attention to detail plus cleanliness.
It was pleasure to have them in my home and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The guys Andy and Will were very tidy with there work. Very knowledgeable and explained things so well. Very hard workers. We had a yearly boiler service, it was easy to book and good value for money. The engineer arrived on time and was very friendly, will definately be using again.

A truely exceptional company from start to finish - they installed my elderly mothers boiler a couple of years ago and carried out their annual service for her and discovered a gas leak from the outside meter. The engineer on site helped her contact the National Gas Service to report it and stayed with her until they turned up to switch the gas supply off - then contacted her gas supplier to tell them that she was elderly and disabled and could not be left with heating, hot water and cooking facilities. Very grateful for the excellent service they provided

We were recommended Warmer Homes via a family member and we were so pleased with the whole service. The quality of the work is brilliant, communication during the install is great, and the team left the house very tidy when they finished. They even made good in parts of the walls and floors that needed minor repairs. The walkthrough of the complete heating system was easy to follow and the new boiler, thermostat and radiators are all working really well. What a fantastic company this is.they came and installed a new boiler in my house to replace 35 year old conventional boiler and system .we hardly knew they were here .spotlessly clean and tidy and the the install was top notch and a day after they had finished I had an old radiator spring a leak and they are coming back to fit a new one free of charge .cannot praise them high enough Amy in the office is so friendly as are the boys who did the install .Great company in my opinion

The job involved replacing a superannuated Economy 7 heating and hot water system, based on Storage Heaters and Immersion Heaters with an Air Source Heat Pump.
The chaps were punctual, They cleaned up after themselves, Apart from a lunch break, they didn't stop for tea breaks.
They also spotted a potential problem with the floor in my son's bedroom which was traced to the lavatory cistern overflowing and were able to make good the damaged floor.

Great service, highly recommended.

Firstly the 3 guys that came here, william rue the commissioning engineer and his two other colleagues what a pleasant and polite set of individuals, they put me at ease right from the start and over the 2 days that they were here especially with the work involved.
The experience was above and beyond.

Having guys like the ones that came to my house and also not forgetting a lovely lady called Amy from the office who was very supportive and even the fact right from day one when i first contacted your company letting you know the urgency of my plight having no hot water, you were very concerned and quick to help which was so appreciated indeed.
