Had an EDPM rubber roof fitted to our dormer window in May 2023 to stop the existing leaks, but this did not work. Despite numerous 'repairs' over the last 2 years, the roof is still leaking, and the company appeared to have given up on us. Then had a telephone call on 30th June 2025 to apologise that the matter had not been resolved, and it would be looked into. Since then all communication has dried up!
