Avoid fraudulent business if you don’t want to be ripped off! I left a genuine and honest negative review for them, but they purchased my review for money. I deleted my negative reviews after they reduced the price of their extremely expensive service. Warmingtom Plumbing and Heating Limited often changed appointment dates. I don’t know exact reasons - possibly other customers didn’t have heating and their issues were genuinely urgent or possibly the company prioritise pure British customers and think that immigrants can wait longer for their expensive service or any other reason I may think about later. I used the company for a few times. I made a mistake by not asking for a quote in advance for the service to install two brackets to support flue pipe in the attic (it’s a longer story about a boiler installation, Worcester fraudulent business and so on). I was shocked to receive an invoice of nearly £300 for the installation of two brackets to support a flue pipe! Extraordinary price for a simple task! The only excuse dishonest staff at fraudulent Warmington Plumbing and Heating Limited in Coventry, West Midlands, England, United Kingdom, may have - inconvenience of reaching the flu pipe in the attic. You need a ladder and sit on the edge of a hole in the ceiling to do the job. I wrote negative reviews about Warmington Plumbing and Heating Limited after receiving an invoice of nearly £300 on TrustPilot and Google. The next day I received a phone call from an administrator Natalie (a female) whom I talked to a few times to book a service and when she called me to change the dates of service. I explained her why I left negative reviews. She told me that a plumber possibly quoted more time than it took to do the job and offered me a discount if I delete my negative reviews. I am not rich, so I agreed to delete negative reviews to save money. I deleted my reviews and paid nearly £200 (still far too much for a simple service) after I’ve been sent a new revised invoice. I regret it a lot now. I’d better pay full price to fraudulent business, write negative detailed reviews with evidence (photos of invoices, etc.) and never use the same fraudulent business again.
