First contact with the company
When I purchased a used car the dealer put me onto warranty solutions. I received a comprehensive document detailing the policy. I also received a follow up call from Michael to confirm the policy was set up, and to answer any queries that I had. Altogether a good experience which hopefully will continue if I need to claim on the policy.

Waste of money !
There very good at sending out emails upon payment and even give you a call sounding very nice :: however I recently had to make a claim for a new injector and electro valve - the car was broken down and I said to the garage to fix it please (as any normal person would do ) the bill was £219.00 : not extortionate by any means but because I had not informed them that the car was in for repair prior to getting it fixed they did not want to know or even listen !!
Basically it’s not worth the paper it’s written on !! Do NOT buy a warranty with these muppets if you want to give your money away then give it to a local charity // you’ll get more out of that !!!

We were sorry to read you review.
We understand that your vehicle had repairs completed which some components were required in addition to the engine renewal that Vauxhall paid for.
During a call, we did ask you to forward information with regards to the repairs that were needed, however the claims engineer did not receive further details to review as requested to you.
In light of the above, your further communication to claims confirmed that the additional components were renewed without prior contact and any authority, so the work was completed with no authorisation.
Whilst we understand that everyone needs their vehicle, we do refer to 'How to make a claim' in the warranty booklet, it's clear that no work should be completed without prior authorisation, and thus your decision to authorise the repairs at your cost.
When any warranty holder has a concern, we ask for contact within seven days of occurrence so that we can liaise and advise you how to make a claim before repairs are completed without authority.
We apologise that we did not meet your expectation and understand your frustration, but advise your contact needs to be kept to a conversation that is respectful as we do not tolerate profanity or vulgarity.
In light of the above, we do confirm that the warranty does not cover injectors, however as requested by the claims engineer Michael, we still await a copy of the repair information in order to review the AdBlue fault of which the engineer Michael will contact you to discuss should you care to.

Was given a 6 month warranty when i…
Was given a 6 month warranty when i purchased my second hand car. Received emails straight away from company and yesterday a follow up call from Micheal who was polite and very helpfull a pleasure to talk to. Will be given the option to extend warranty at end of 6 months . Hopefully will never need to claim but a peace of mind to have.

Warranty Renewal
I was renewing the Warranty for our Motorhome and WSG came as part of a recommendation from the CAMC.
Firstly, everybody I talked to at WSG especially Tony and Michael were courteous, professional and with zero pressure.
The WSG price was very competitive but it had to be their customer service (real people every time!) that swung the deal. It is an absolute winner for them in my book. Well done WSG and really quite refreshing. It was almost painless to give them my money!
