Received 6 month warranty with the purchase of my car. I had emails almost imminently with details of the policy. Also received a phone call from Mark (lovely Irish guy from across the border!) who introduced himself and the company and welcomed me on board. Was really professional and very friendly!

Took out the policy when buying my bmw 530e very easy to set up got the information right away and just got a lovely welcome phone all off mark making sure everything was understood and even made it so my wife could contact them if I am unable

Beyond disppointed - UPDATE
Beyond disppointed! I have a platinum policy with a claim limit of £10 000 and an excess of £75. When the ABS light pinged on I went to a Bosch approved garage who submitted a claim of some £191 on my behalf. The claim was "approved" and once I had paid and submitted the invoice I would be reimbursed £18.36! What an insult.
UPDATE - on 22nd June spoke to David who reassesed my claim and after the £75 excess I will be reimbursed £117.36, an excellent conclusion thank you.
