Just sensational

Are you kidding me? I am from Argentina, and I had the chance to interact with Warranty Valet to perform a Warranty Claim over an audio product. WE DON'T HAVE THIS KIND OF SERVICE in Argentina. It was sensational. The claim specialist was Melissa Clifford. She helped me out with the entire process, she was extremely kind, and patient. She guided me over each step, and answered my 3 million questions in seconds.

I had contacted the warranty company…

I had contacted the warranty company regarding utilitech transfer pump purchase in June last year it wasn't working after being in storage for the winter. I email the company and got replacement code for Lowes and all went well. Staff was professional and prompt with emails is solve the issue.

Since you have entered the purchase date as March 14th, 2023 and input the warranty period as 1 year, it shows as expired on March 14th, 2024. However, we explained to you and tried to claim your warranty with the manufacturer.

This company is great

This company is great. If you don’t want to waist your time calling customer service to claim the warranty just let WARRANTY VALET do it for you. They will try and try to work with customer service until you get warranty parts. Thank you so much Melissa, you are truly a professional. This place is a joke

This place is a joke. Was told to return new tv, that lasted not even two months, just to be told by Walmart that this place is a hoax and not to pay them anything. My issue was not resolved through this, still without a tv since Dec 24, 2023. Brand new tv ONN brand was bought Oct 28, 2023. Ongoing problem since Dec and it’s now Feb. Garbage brand and garbage service!

I had a great experience with Melissa, as she helped me through my warranty claim all the way to the point of my part(s) delivering to my doorstep. I'd highly recommend WV if you don't want to deal with the hassle of filing / uploading etc. for claims, they make it a walk in the park. A+++ service

Fast Service, Slow Delivery

I had two identical Delta faucets that were in need of repair. Both were dripping to where they could not be stopped. One was also leaking from the handle flooding the countertop and floor. WARRANTY VALET was very prompt, friendly and professional - I give them 5 Stars. The faucet company sent two replacement parts. It fixed one but the one handle was still leaking. They then sent the same exact part after I sent them a pic of what part looked like it was in need of repair. After I reported that, it took forever for it to be delivered. They would have got a 5 Star if they would have just overnighted it after they sent wrong part. Date I first reported issue, December 8, 2023. Date I received last part to fix my issue, January 9, 2024.
