Omg this is terrible washed bed spread king size in 18kg washer unbelievable not washed didn’t see any washbubbles said not to add your own disgusted got robbed

Unfortunately I cannot recommend. Fuel and time to take duvet to machine and I decided to stay while it was being washed as quite a, distance from home, luckily I did as I watched the machine dribble a bit of water in a 20kg machine, no washing powder or liquid applied, nor softener or antibacterial just came out worse than it went in. The cost is the same price as buying a new duvet without the hassle at over £15 and can't use your own detergent or softener and sensitive skin so no idea what is used, definitely wouldn't be same quality I use and charging for all these extras is far more expensive than a launderette which is what is needed and more cost effective. Otherwise landfill will be used more as it's now cheaper to buy a new one than wash or dry clean

Steals your money and it’s a mission to get back, 5 out of 6 times using different locations the machines are covered in horse hair/pet hair, clothes would come out dirtier than they went in, rubbish!

The machines used for drying in Port Talbot - Filco are very expensive. They do not dry the clothes correctly and are the most expensive and worsted machines used. Please avoid! Also,
When you speak to customer services they all have very serious attitude.

It’s local to me and it’s really easy to use. I wash and dry my clothes every week, it’s not too much money and really reliable. Haven’t been able to use my washer and drier for a while so this has saved me. Would recommend.

This company has washers and dryers located in Carrigsline GAA.
Just used one of the dryers set for 60mins at hit temp. Came back to find clothes did not dry and i was ripped off 14 euro fir nothing!!!Absolute disgrace pack of cowboys

These machines are terrible absolutely sh*it customer service terrible went to three different machines first one had no water after the wash started second one dryer got stuck on cooling and third one was behind a locked gate absolutely terrible it’s now 9pm and I have no washing dry for my work day tomorrow and they only refund you £20 when I’ve spent over £40

Once again were here in super valu charleville co cork and d dryers were broken again this is an absolute disgrace we need to get clothes dry we reported this a week ago and still broken i wouldnt recommend ye because yere service is disgraceful

Do not use the Wash.me by cks as some idiot has washed there dog bedding in it. Ruined my was completely as it is now covered in thick black dog hair. Wash.me won't refund for items only another Wash in the same dirty machine. Yuk. It does clearly say not to was pet items but the idiot didn't take note. Guess I'll have to buy new out of my own pocket.

Can’t understand the negative reviews. The machine was clean, straightforward to operate and reasonably priced. We used it on a bank holiday when other places were shut. Clothes came out clean with clear evidence of sufficient water and soap being used. Dryer was also clean and worked well.

Company should be banned from trading. Trading standards notified. No water no a anything, ever. Abysmal.

Customer service not 24/7. Must be for such a service.

It's a money making scheme, holding people's money in an account getting interest.

Normally use my own washing machine at home but I gave it away (long story) So I used a "wash.me" washing machine and have to say the experience was appalling. It cost £5.50 for a small wash. You can only choose 40c or 60c temp and that is it. There is no washing program to select or duration of the wash. You can however pay extra for a prewash, extra for fabric conditioner and extra for sanitizer.

At the end of the washing cycle my clothes came out extremely creased, in fact I have never seen laundry as creased as this is in my life! The washing cycle lasted just 30 mins and my clothes came out just as dirty as they went in. I was a total waste of money in my opinion.

I am terrible at ironing, and don't think I will ever get the creases out. Problem is I need to wear some of the clothes for work tomorrow. I have had to wash a polo shirt in the sink when I got home because there is no way I could wear it to work tomorrow because it simply was not clean! I wish I had just tried to wash all of my clothes in the sink at home because I would have had better results that what I got using the "wash.me" machine. The problem I would have had though is I would not have been able to spin the water out to get my clothes dry for morning.

Never again will I use wash.me machines. Need to buy a new machine for my home pronto!

Paid my fee for drying half hour later stone cold contacted free phone number waited 20 mins spoke to customer service gave all details they wanted the said we have no listings for the site what a f××kxxg joke

Paid my money machine was broke. Half an hour on customer service still no refund. I've had hundreds refunded easier.

Used the machine at Berwick but found the clothes covered in hair - possibly dog hair.
Clearly there's no control over what people put in the drum but this was not a happy discovery (but maybe could have been worse!).
I would not recommend or use again!

Washing machine broke 3 kids was desperate as new washer wasn't arriving for couple days. Wen down used washer walked back home went bk when I received message to say it was nearly done when I got there my washing was drenched and when I say drenched I mean soaked!! I walked back home leaving a puddle trail all the way behind me to them get home and try ringing out enourmas amounts of washing at 2 in the morning furious 🤬🤬absolute 💩 plus cost £13 I paid extra for softener washing smelt like crap disgusting level of service and althe gh states 24/7 customer service this is a lie also!! The inconvenience of it is devastating tbh

Went to wash some clothes at they machines based at morrison port talbot cost to wash £14.00 for 10 items plus £7.00 to dry disgusting rip of service you don't deserve to run a company with your rip of charges first n last time I ever use any of your machines coin wash lot cheaper scumbags

Filthy drum, full of dog hairs and bits of twig. Called the free phone number repeatedly to let them know but never got through, they repeatedly cut the call as I was on wait. Won't try and help them again! Also, even at 60c they don't really wash, everything comes out grubby. Going back to the launderette.
