Showed Excellence for a very complex job.
Washington Brown has was exceptional from the start. We had a very complex motel site with 4 different build dates and the renovation of two areas all to be depreciated. They reviewed everything up front and then spent a lot of one on one time with Ken who was fantastic at remembering all the details of our complex job and putting together 4 reports for each of the sections as we requested. Would highly recommend

We were referred to WB by our accountant Simon at Letizia Palmer after the purchase of 2 investment properties. First contact was with Abbey who just got things in motion immediately. Then Cristina who compiled the Depreciation Schedules for both properties. To both of you, Thank you!!! Both Schedules were released well before the stated completion date. We thought that this would be a costly exercise, but it turned out to be far from that and very good value. A massive shoutout to their surveyor, David, who conducted the inspection. He was professional and thorough, picking up details that will definitely maximise my tax returns. Combined with their top-tier customer service, it’s excellent value for money.
