What a great service
What a great service, I would definitely recommend you engage Washington Brown if you are after a depreciation schedule for your investment property. They were able to coordinate inspections well with the property manager and tenant and the report is very comprehensive. I would have been happy with that, but also really appreciated a call from the CEO as a personal touch!
