I had a suit cleaned here and they stapled a dry cleaning tag directly into the suit jacket, leaving staples and thus holes in the jacket which are of course visable. When I contacted them, they told me it would never happen and insinuated I was lying despite the fact I have photographic evidence. They now refuse to respond to further email. It's awful that this is how they treat customers with an issue.

After a long conversation through email, we asked you to deliver the jacket again to inspect. When the time came, then suddenly it wasnt your suitjacket, but your waistcoat! So much miscommunication for nothing. We have your apology on email, where you for a long time "thought", that it was your suitjacket, which was damaged, until when you have to send them in for inspection, that it changed from a suitjacket to a waistcoat. That removes all seriousness from the matter. We're pretty sure the waistcoat isn't damaged either.
