This company is an absolute disgrace and waste of money. My father called them out to sort out 2 wasps nests he was quoted £200. When the guy came out he said sorry only doing 1 nest as that is all that's on the sheet.
The company already took out the money from my dads card and THEN sent over an invoice and information. When we asked about doing both he said that's another £80 for each nest we said forget it we want to cancel, he said well that's still £150 and I need to contact the office. Bearing in mind the money was already 'pending' on his card so no guarantee money would be refunded.

So my dad was forced to pay for just the 1 nest clearance.

2 mins later (I kid you not) the guy was done - he sprayed powder down and said I can come back in 3 weeks if still an issue. YEAH THAT AINT GONNA HAPPEN.

This company is a joke, they charged a 75year old man £215 for 2 mins work that's £1.80 per second!!!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Learn from these mistakes. Have complained to them direct but not expecting anything. If I could give them no stars I would. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO SAY THEY ARE A PEST CONTROL COMPANY. THEY ARE THE PEST AND THEY STUNG MY DAD!!!!!!!!!!

There were a lot of wasps in the bedroom. There were wasps coming in and out of a Gym bag, which was a concern to me. The company representative came mid afternoon spent approximately 15 mins inside and outside the property and told me that the wasps had flown in through an open window because the bedroom light was on at about 6am, just as daylight was breaking. The nest must be in a neighbouring house… which is fair enough. The bag I was concerned about with the wasps in, he didn’t inspect but told me there won’t be a nest in there but I could take it outside if I wanted to!
For the cost involved £130, which I was happy to pay, the representative showed very little concern or interest and I was left feeling disgruntled by his attitude.
The following week my daughter in London had a similar situation with sleepy wasps coming through the chimney of their home. A company came out told them the nest was probably in the adjoining neighbours house and the wasps were dying because of the time of yr, he didn’t charge them because there was no nest in their house and there was nothing more he could do!!

It was just a waste of money on this company. We reacted with out proper due diligence and ended up paying £300 for the call out for rhodent infestation in one of our rental property. The person who attended did nothing except left 3 rat traps which didn’t do anything. There were big hole near the kitchen which we had to close it ourselves. We also had to call metal worker to put cover up the entry point for the rhodent in the front of the house. £300 for 3 rat trap without doing any survey or closing the entry sites didn’t make any sense! There are plenty of company who charges half the amount of that money for the same work! Nothing valuable for the money paid. We could easily buy rat trap from Screwfix for £50 and have done it ourselves what they did! There were no real professional advice or work for the amount of money. Stay away from this sort of company. Would not use this company for future needs.

Fast, helpful, informative and effective for a reasonable price

These guys don’t give up until the job is done. All staff polite and considerate to the property. I had a wasp problem in a rather large detached home. They brought in a cherry picker, 2 man, and dealt with the problem as promised. They explain what they’re doing as they go. Special credit to Josh, who didn’t put a foot wrong. Very friendly chaps unless you happen to be a wasp.
I’m happy to recommend them. Excellent all round.

We had a wasps nest problem so I scrolled internet and this firm came up saying they could come out same day after entering my postcode. They said they were in the area and could come, then they said they couldnt come today after all but could come tomorrow between 8 & 6 o clock. When the gentleman arrived, who was a very nice chap, he said it couldnt be done as it was raining and this would wet the treatment powder, although the wasps nest was in the roof space. We were going away the next day and were unable to make another appointment. We received several emails asking us to pay £144.00.After speaking to them at the office telling them the work had not been carried out they said we would have to pay a £60.00 fee. I was not happy as it was not my fault it was raining and surely they should check the weather forecast for the area before coming out to carry out the work. I couldnt see why I should pay and tried to argue my case but they still kept sending emails requesting payment. I eventually reluctantly paid the £60.00 but will not use this firm again nor advise others to do so.

On the plus side I got a visit the same day and the guy I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant.
The nest was above the ceiling in my kitchen a piece of plaster had come down and then a load of wasps swarmed out so it was an emergency. I thought £198.00 paid up front was a lot but wanted it done ASAP
The guy who came out had no ladder no plastic bags and I never saw a vacuum.no real problem but for the amount charged not good enough.He removed the nest and used the spray all done in 5 mins.When I went back in there was a pile of dead wasps bits of ceiling etc.He did offer to clean up but I said I could do it.
That evening wasps kept coming down still alive and crawling towards the windows a couple were still flying.It was 21/2 days before we were clear of wasps and used a can of fly spray.Obviously not enough chemical was used and all the wasps should have been removed.
I sent an email to complain and got back a 2nd invoice.
Very bad expensive service would not use again.

The wasp nest located in my Electricity meter box was swiftly dealt with. I believe I thanked that company previously

Bees were removed using chemicals and the amount of time spent on site did not really justify the cost in my uneducated opinion

Came promptly to deal with wasps nest. Very happy with outcome.
