Well mannered, on time and efficient

Did the job, but 131 pound seemed very expensive for 3 minutes work.

Great service- arrived when they said they would.

Came and got rid of our wasp problem ASAP. Very helpful the only problem a had was we could not locate the nests whereabouts. But the man came and located 2 nests in different locations. Thanks again we can now sit in our living room.

They missed the first appointment (scheduled for the morning) so we had to re-schedule for the next day. They did come and treatment was over in 10 mins.
Plus, I think it was expensive... I'm sure the phone call sated the price was £149.99 as a total cost, NOT excluding VAT, which ended up at £180.

Rang on Saturday and appointment booked for the following day Sunday, the time slot was 7am to 1pm and I received the promised call when they were 30 minutes away, giving me time to sort things. The wasp nest was in a cupboard in my shed so not easily accessible and the wasps were easily agitated so I had been unable to remove things. The young man who arrived happily moved things round and quickly dealt with the nest. He removed as much of the nest as he could and tidied up. All in all I was very pleased with the service.

I found them to be very expensive & thought their policy of a non refundable fee very unusual to say the least.
I wouldnt use them again.

Paid almost £300 for bee removal. Turned out it was wasp removal that was needed that was half the price. Still waiting for a refund over a week later but they took my money before they would even come out. Very unpleasant dealings with the office manager.

Not the cheapest but did exactly what they said they were going to and turned out on a Bank Holiday. 3 days in and no evidence of wasp activity. Fingers crossed it’s worked first time.

I thought the cost was quite high but i wanted the problem dealt with would use again.

Paid for same day call out. They did however take just over 24hours to arrive but were still two days earlier than the opposition company could arrive.
Since the treatment we have only seen one rather sorry wasp who died.
On the whole we are really pleased.

Came quickly and dealt with wasp nest from the outside. Also checked my bedroom to see where they might be coming in. Quick professional service that seems to have dealt with the problem straight away. I am reassured by their 3 week guarantee that if the problem did persist they will come and deal with it again. Would use again without hesitation.
