Satisfactory Outcome
The work carried out has been effective,the wasps have not returned. The company was easy to find on the Internet, which gave local number which was immediately transferred to another line, several times, before someone answered the call. From there everything went smoothly, the technician arrived the next day and carried out the work. The only issue was that I was told Ihad to pay the technician but he informed me I needed to phone back to the office to make the payment, a bit messy, why could the technician not take the payment?

Very quick and effective service
Very quick and effective service. The problem was solved during one visit and just two hours after our phone call.
The person who turned up was very nice and polite and explained clearly what he was going to do, what the result would be.
We would certainly recommend the company as very reliable and woludn't hesitate using them again.

Did a good thorough job when they came
Did a good thorough job when they came, I am no longer bothered by aggressive wasps.
Only small reservation is they can come in a different time window than agreed, they’re just so busy and can be covering quite wide ares, so book them for a day you don’t have to be somewhere at a fixed time.
