The team that came were professional and hard-working. The response time was also very rapid. I highly recommend them.

Great service! I used them to remove a lot of garden waste from our garden. It would have taken me at least 4 trips to the recycle centre to do it myself. They were very easy to communicate with and were available straight away. The 2 guys phoned me 30 mins before they arrived. They were very polite and efficient and left my garden tidy. I thought the cost was reasonable. I will happily use them again and can highly recommend them.

I had a 5 years over grown dumping ground at the end of my garden, I got in contact with this company and from the first time of speaking to them they was so helpful and very easy to talk to, I can’t say a bad word about them or their work ! A really lovely friend group of men. I’m absolutely over the moon with the end result I can’t recommend this company enough ! Thank you so much for all your help if needed I would definitely you them again.

The company was friendly, efficient and fast. They communicated well with me and their quote was accurate for the volume of waste I had.

The gents were especially careful when they saw I had little children and took extra care to clear all debris.

I had my area cleared within 24 hours of making contact. Very happy.

Brilliant service, certainly by far the cheapest quote and I got a few! Very responsive to messages and gave an accurate estimation of the cost.
Provided a time frame and called when 30 mins away - same day collection 4hrs after I messaged.

BEWARE: insure you list every single item even if you have taken photos. Because if you have not listed an item they will say you never told us that and want to charge you more.

The whole experience was horrendous. Firstly, they asked for more money than what was quoted and verbally abused me when I refused to pay the extra. Secondly, I was on a train and left it with the reception of my storage unit that I sent to them beforehand. When they couldn't find the place, they blamed me for wasting their time, even though I kept communicating with them over text. Overall, a nono. :( Use their service wisely. I have submitted photos of our conversation on google review, see over there.

We used Waste collector for 2 jobs in the same week! One was planned the other super last minute ( late message and an early visit the next day).

I am so glad that i found Nick. He was very nice to find a slot for me in a fully booked day for him, because I was leaving for my holiday and he did after hours service , because of it. The communication was quick and smooth and the service was excellent, my garden and storage room are clean and ready for decoration once I come back from my holiday. I would recommend him 100%

Great communication from start to finish. They helped us out same day with waste that was left by contractors/estate agent who we used for some renovation work in thr flat and they didn't bother to dispose it.

Nick was a very difficult person to deal with . He thought it was rude that I phoned to ask when I could expect the guys to show up . They were already 1 hour late , or into their time slot . Apparently we are expected to sit at home for 3.5 hrs and wait . Its all about their convenience not the customers. He wanted to cancel and then he didnt and then he did . He is the rude one , I suspect its not the first time hes been called rude . Save yourself a headache and go to junkhunters .

I am extremely dissatisfied with Nick at Waste Collectors. They charged me £65 upfront for a PCN ticket, promising a refund within 21 days. It has now been 27 days, and they claim to be "looking into it," despite the deadline having passed. This is a clear scam, and I strongly advise against doing business with this fraudulent company. Scammers: waste-collectors

We’ve had this company for our green waste removal, can say they have been extremely fast and brilliant. They have taken everything we wanted to get rid off and have left the place clean after. Very quick and easy communication between myself and Kolyo. Definitely would recommend.
