They took exactly what we had told them to take and what they took, the charge was very convenient and not too expensive
They didnt make any extra mess also

Excellent communication, quick on WhatsApp with information and a nice team. Two men came to collect household building materials and rubbish within 24hrs of my email and were polite and respectful. My neighbour also popped out to get their business card as they saw how quick and efficient they were! Would recommend this company!

Very quick service! Reasonable price! Definitely use them again

They removed everything from the apartment but with a bad attitude. They rudely refused to leave without payment and included a parking fine and extra time (even though they parked where they parked so it was down to them, and they were the ones who didn’t allocate enough time) and they refused to provide an invoice, which in the end was double the quote. They said this was their policy and said they had explained it the day before when they had not mentioned it at all. However despite this they did remove everything so the objective was achieved, it just wasn’t a very pleasant experience.
