They are very polite and humble until…
They are very polite and humble until you sign the contract. Once the contract is signed, they no longer stick to the promised waste collection schedule. They take the monthly service fee in advance, fail to provide the agreed service, and when you complain, they simply say they use third-party contractors and cannot offer any refund.
Even though there is no clause in the contract allowing it, they increase the service price before the contract expires and then try to justify it. No matter what you do, this company will not satisfy you.
The moment you tell them you are cancelling the contract at the end of its agreed term, the monthly service fee they had been charging you (£74.26 including VAT) suddenly drops to around £40 including VAT. This clearly suggests that their goal is simply to charge customers as much as they can.
Even after you inform them that your contract is ending, give the required notice, and pay your final invoice, they continue sending invoices, claiming that it is an automatic process.
Anyone is free to use this company if they wish, but based on my experience over the past year, I do not believe they provide the level of service they promise.
My advice to anyone whose contract is coming to an end is to cancel the company's Direct Debit with your bank as well. Otherwise, they may continue collecting payments from your account without you realising it.

Worst service ever !!! Avoid to get those services. Basically they tie you in and you cannot change anything . Missed collections and terrible customer service.

Our food waste bin has not been collected for a month!
Our food waste bin has not been collected for a month! 3 times missing collection but keep closing the cases without resolved.
This has now become an ongoing issue despite our repeated reports. We are continuing to receive invoices for a service that is not being provided.
You have missed collections since we first reported this issue on 26 May, yet each time the case is simply marked as closed, despite the problem never having been resolved. As shown in your own portal, multiple missed collection tickets have been closed without any actual collection taking place.
we even send them CCTV screenshots showing:
- The food waste bin was left outside for collection as scheduled.
- The bin remained outside throughout the collection period.
- The bin is still full and has not been emptied.
This repeated failure is causing operational and hygiene concerns for our business.
We requested an immediate refund or account credit BUT never received any response!
