Useless
I would avoid using this organisation. Out of almost a month's worth of collections, totalling 12 collections. Only 1 was completed on time. Following numerous phone calls, to be told "I will phone you back", "We have arranged for a complete site clearance" to not receive any calls and to find out I was lied to. They expect you to hold 4 weeks of waste on site while they arrange alternative collections. Totally inadequate service. When you ask for a refund or say that you are considering cancelling your contract, they then say "we won't arrange for the site clearance to be arranged".

Started fine a couple of years ago but have since lapsed in service reliability. They’ve lost a key and multiple missed collections. Calls result in contradicting comments from staff and promised refunds for missed collections are conveniently forgotten. Horrendous company to deal with! False promises and lies.

Not good
We've used Waste Managed for a couple of years, but our experience over the last few months has been nothing short of dreadful.
It became a regular occurrence to have to call them three or four times a week, alongside sending numerous emails, simply to try and get our contracted waste collections carried out. The final straw was being left for over three weeks without collections that were supposed to take place every two weeks.
Every time we managed to get through after spending around 30 minutes on hold, we were promised that the issue would be resolved and that the waste would be collected. Time and time again, those promises were not kept. When we called back, there was little acknowledgement of previous conversations or the ongoing problems.
To make matters worse, now that we are trying to leave, we are being told that we remain tied into a contract despite the repeated service failures we have experienced. We are also being asked to pay a significant amount of money to terminate the agreement.
At this point, all we want is for our bins to be collected and removed from our site. The amount of time, effort, and frustration this situation has caused has been completely unreasonable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Waste Managed.
