I didn’t get a confirmation number and it’s impossible to reach them by phone or email since December. As if they disappear. Payment went through.

Me and my friends bought 3 packages from them in December.

1) their online form doesn’t work - when clicking on send button, it just displays ‘loading’ for 20 min, 1h. I tried leaving the link opened, different browsers etc.
2) finally found an email, sent them 3 emails - no response.
3) on their website it stated they can be reached by phone from 10 to 15 on Mondays. I tried calling them today at 10:30, 11, 12 - a robot says I called outside opening hours and I should send an email.

This business is fake. Basically they stole my money and now they can t be reached.

Worst experience ever. They never answer back and 0 help. I don't recommend.

i have booked one voucher, i cant find the details is it allowed to bring my two kids under the ticket or not?

Dont get an really answer yet, after fourteen days. I bought an voucher for four persons with accommodation at Heidepark and when I booked it was just for two persons. When I looked at Heideparks homepage I saw that my voucherprise without breakfast was even higher then normal price for four persons with breakfast. Obs the price was lower in piratenroom, this room they sold maybe suppose to be better though.

The Park voucher is more expensive than the tickets separately and you loose all flexibility.

We bought a voucher for 200 € for Europapark. This park is 55 € per ticket per person and the hotels are like 50 € per night. That would sum up to 160 €.

Even though the hotels are 50 € on booking.com, the system that it uses to book the hotels are more expensive and we added up having to pay 20 € per person more, which means we now paid 240 € for a trip that would've cost 160 € if we just booked the same hotel online and simply went to the park.

We wrote the customer service about this since November last year a few times already and so far we had no response.
