My girlfriend and I both had watches that needed a bit of attention.. her vintage Gucci and my Tudor Black Bay. WatchCheck took care of them beautifully. The service was top-notch, communication was clear, and both watches now feel brand new.

Used WatchCheck to service my daily wear, an IWC Portugieser. I usually bring it to a boutique, but I wanted to try something new. Loved the experience. The concierge team was thoughtful, the process is well executed, and the result was flawless

Found WatchCheck through a friend. Sent in a Royal Oak that was long overdue. I liked how they kept me posted along the way. The pricing was fair, and I got the watch back about a month later running perfectly!

I’ve been putting off getting my Omega serviced for years because I didn’t want the hassle. WatchCheck made it almost too easy. Received their kit, shipped it out, tracked it the whole way, and now it’s back on my wrist running like new. 10/10.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this team deserves it. I sent in my father’s vintage Breitling Navitimer that hadn’t been running for decades. Not only did WatchCheck get it working, but they respected every detail I asked for.. I opted for no polishing as per the recommendation of their concierge team, just function on the movement. Very satisfied with the service.

Great service from start to finish. Truly couldn’t ask for more informed and available folks to guide someone through this process.
Greg’s call after everything was serviced just to make sure I was happy with everything was truly the icing on the cake ! Cheers

The concierge was attentive and quick to respond. Really appreciated the system for shipping and receiving the watch back and my watch came back perfect. The downside of it was the delay. My watch was delivered 4 weeks after the initial estimated timeline with little information on why it was delayed. Overall it was a really good experience, besides the delay.

I’m truly floored by my experience with these guys. I’ve been working in the watch industry for over 15 years at this point and it’s very rare when I’m taken aback by something. I found WatchCheck through A mutual friend who is raving about their service experience. They urged me to try it out given my professional career being in the industry, and transparently, I was a skeptic at first. I decided to send out my IWC Pilot Chronograph “Le Petit Prince” (I’ve attached an image here) as a trial as It had endured a few too many impacts through my travels. To my surprise, WatchCheck had my service back in four and a half weeks, and followed my explicit instructions NOT to refinish or touch the case as I wanted the memories from the watch. Was so easy to track my service and the concierge was lovely. This whole process was so enjoyable and revolutionary that I want to become a part of it at some level. This truly is a pivotal change for the industry as a whole. Bravo WatchCheck!!

I recently had my Cartier Tank Must serviced with WatchCheck. I don't often write reviews but I thought this particular case deserved recognition. My watch had not been working for some time now. It was a gift from my mother and I had not worn it in probably two years because it wasn't keeping time. After discovering WatchCheck on instagram I reluctantly sent my watch in. I was very on edge with the whole send your watch in the mail concept that they created, and I did not see any other companies following this model. Furthermore, they seem to be a very young company with not alot of tract record yet, so naturally I was a bit skeptical. After browsing a few articles, doing research on their service center, and seeing the level of effort they put into their platform (from the videos to how easy the website was to use). I sent my watch in, and was able to see at what point of the process my watch was in service.
They were also very proactive with keeping me up to date and answering any questions I had. I also would like to note that i changed my return address and they were very thorough and professional with the safety protocol on doing so, which was comforting. Finally, when I received my watch back, it looked and worked as good as I ever had it. I did not opt in for their "case restoration" option as I did not see the need, but it looked like they freshened it up and gave it a whole new lease on life. Very grateful to WatchCheck for making this such a pleasant experience. Would highly recommended them if you are looking to service/repair/ have any work done to your watch.

After I finished school, my dad gave me an IWC Mark XV as a graduation gift. It wasn’t brand new, he’d worn it for years, but that just made it mean more. It had scratches, dings, and a few stories along the way. I wore it every day, but over time, it started running off-time, and eventually stopped altogether.
I didn’t know the first thing about watch servicing, but I wanted to get it fixed once and right. I found WatchCheck and they made the whole process insanely easy. When the watch came back, ticking perfectly and looking cleaner and sharper, like getting back a piece of my dad’s legacy. These folks are amazing.

Amazing experience end to end. Definitely recommend if you have a higher end piece that needs proper high end care. My friend told me about them and sent in my Rolex. There was a small delay with the shipping kit arriving at my house but they were very quick to fix it by overnighting me another one. Overall very happy.

Excellent experience and got my watch back in wonderful shape. Fixed my old Piaget that I had been told by other watchmakers would never work again. Great platform too!

Great concierge service. This is the second time I’ve used WatchCheck now, both times warrant a 5/5 review. Serviced my mom’s watch as a birthday gift and my own Cartier as well. Highly recommend for professionalism.
