I got a great price on my new Citizen mens eco-drive watch, plus the delivery was as per the Watch Depot delivery conditions ( 4-8 days to despatch) then a couple of days via express post. That's about as good as you will get nowadays.

Absolutely awesome prices - best in class for the products they stock. They offer vouchers for signing up to their mailing list, which isn't a problem as you can unsubscribe whenever, though they do run some great promotions. The watch I received was exactly as described, packaged exceptionally well. Shipping was extremely prompt.

The stand out experience however, was shortly after I had scratched one of the links of my watch while attempting to remove my bracelet. I reached out to them, and within two days, was informed that genuine new links would be sent to me shortly, free of charge.

This level of service and after-sales support is honestly incredible and I will, without a doubt be purchasing many more products from this site.

Second time now that I've purchased a watch from Watch Depot. No problems at all, shipping was a little longer than the first experience but because it was around Christmas, I had not expected it to be straight away. My new Seiko 5 was a great price, I work in an industry which requires an amount knowledge of current RRP's for watches and I was very impressed by the competitive prices. If I could fault anything at all, it is only that I would love for my watch to have arrived fitted, but that's only because I have to wait to wear it before I get some links removed! Thank you team at watch depot....I will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

I bought a watch and bought express shipping and it took 3 days just to dispatch and by that time it was already the weekend so it couldn't be delivered. I messaged their customer support and they never responded, sent them another one and they still didn't respond.

Recently bought a Seiko watch from Watch Depot. I didn't realise that Watch Depot is associated with Shiels? Once I knew this, it made me a more comfortable in purchasing the watch via Watch Depot. The price of the watch was better than anywhere else online. Delivery was also very prompt. Well done to the Watch Depot team :)

Just received my watch fast shipping (express post paid) and excited to get it on my wrist only to be disappointed realising that the watch they sent me was Chinese and certainly not the Japanese model pictured on their website. after waiting for a reply they went and quickly changed the photos on their website rather that offering me any explanation…. Covering themselves befor putting their customers first is very poor at least an email saying they’re looking into it would be nice but nothing.
