look elsewhere for your next purchase

Well, after these people had my initial review deleted, here we go again. They'll happily take your money even though they have no stock of the item. Then they hold when you try to get a refund. Read the reviews - counterfeit items for sale. Poor service. Won't be using these people again!

Caution - Sellers of counterfeit product

I purchased a Tissot watch from Watch Depots. I immediately had concerns when it arrived from China, and the obvious fact that it was inferior in quality. Watch Depots offered a refund if I was unhappy but wanted something in writing if I was to prove it a fake. So I contacted Swatch Group Australia (Tissot) who were happy to have their Melbourne service centre assess the timepiece. They confirmed in writing that the watch was indeed a counterfeit product.
I sent this response to watch Depots by email and they have now stopped responding and have not offered a refund.
Very unprofessional and they are in violation of several Australian consumer laws.
No other option now but to waste further time with ACCC complaints, VCAT application and a report to the ATO.

I received my watch but I had ordered the wrong size I contacted them and was told I could change it for the smaller one. I sent the watch back in all original packaging and with a tracking number. They received the watch on the 12/01/2017. I have emailed several times asking when I can expect the replacement watch and have heard nothing from them. I'm going to my bank to get them to retrieve my money. Not happy at all

TOTAL BULL#$%^!!!!!

I have telephoned left messages and emailed numerous times over the last week and have not received one single reply. I placed my order early December as was a xmas gift and the funds were debited from my account immediately. I received an email over a week ago saying it was being shipped to me via DHL. I still had not received and have called DHL who inform they have not even received my item yet??? I guess now im not going to have a xmas present for my partner.... Disgusting service I will never use them again and will post on numerous other pages so no one else is ripped off!!! I want a refund!!!

No replies to emails or calls, very slow dispatch

I have sent a number of emails and left voice messages which were never replied to. Now I doubt the watch will actually arrive before Christmas as promised but I doubt I'll get my money back :(

Faulty Micheal Kors Watch

Puchahsed a Micheal Kors gold Lexington watch and within months the date change / time change nob had fallen off.. sent it back for repairs.. took months... but they replaced it with a part that wasn't the same as the original part ( this part was also dodgy within itself ) . so when this watch was in water it filled with water, where as it was fine when first used it in water with the original part before it fell off... so it was their choice to put a non original part on it when it was under warranty instead of replacing it which they could have done in the first place.

so now the watch is totally ruined and they wont do anything about it. and stopped replying to my emails. I am now approaching consumer affairs about this . so to others who have been in similar circumstances I would advise you to do the same... as consumer affaits say I hare a case and will be pursing it for me. DONT USE THESE GUYS - DODGY AS HELL!

Absolute shonks

My girlfriend bought me a watch for Christmas, within a couple of weeks the battery was flat and a couple of months later- one of the hands FELL OFF.
We somehow managed to get in contact with them, paid to have it sent off for repair and EVENTUALLY recieved message that they have the watch. After a couple of months of them not replying to emails or answering their phone, my girlfriend has given up, she feels helpless and doesn't know what to do. Eff these dodgy as*holes, give me my watch back.

I bought my husband an Armani watch for Christmas and the thing fell apart the second time he wore it. Save your money. Bali have better quality

As our email communication suggested, you had this watch for 6 months and it is shattered due to fall or impacts. The watch is made of ceramic and we cannot give you a refund. However we can repair the watch for you at a low cost.

I have attached all the photos you sent us. It clearly showed that the links are shattered and the ring from the watch face is broken.

I want to say it again that you need to be very careful with ceramic watches. Coz unlike steel watches, ceramic watches will not have cracks, they either break or in one piece. If you drop them, they will break 9 out of 10 times. That is why we sell the parts a lot, not just our clients, but to repairs and stores alike.

As we suggested to you, you can send it to Armani for repair. They will charge you around 160 to 200 dollars for this repair.

You can send it to us to repair. We will charge you 80 dollars all up for the parts. Because you are one of our clients, we will not charge you any labour for this job.

Love it!!

When I first order the Marc Jacobs watch, I worried a little bit as it is so cheap. Whenever I contacted the company, I always got a reply and I got the watch in two weeks which is pretty awesome!!! Love it!! Thank you, watch depots.

Two orders instead of one

I tried to order an Amarni watch, the first time I tried it an Error said to me that the payment did not work. When I tried it again it was all good. Even thought on my bankaccount are two payments and now I recieved two E-Mails.
When I tried to call the customer service there was no response since three days and my E-Mails I wrote were not answered although they sent me confirmation E-Mails that the watch will be send in a few days.
I hope that the watch will arrive and be in good conditions.. And I would like to cancle one of my orders!

i ordered MK watch last dec. 18, 2015 it was friday then by dec. 21 my cc company confirmed they received my payment... but no confirmation from them until dec. 23 then i received my delivery by dec. 29 ;-)

yes been trying to call them many times & NO ANSWER but i understood because it's christmas holiday. the thing is they delivered what you expected to be delivered in a very favorable price tag :-) :-) :-)

No reply to email?

I have decided to pay $200 more and actually go to Gregory Jewellers where i am 100% sure i am getting a genuine watch and who replied to my emails within 6hrs.
Sorry, but if you lack customer service you will lose customers.

Bad service, slow dispatch, never answer phone call and faulty watch.

I brought Emporio Armani Chronograph men watch on 13 July 2015 a week later i have to made phone called ask for the watch and about 6 weeks later strap broken and watch stop working. I sent email attached photos of conditions of the watch to them. Sale represent replied me to sent the watch in and I did on 10 September. 3 weeks later I followed up one of staff replied my email said will sent it back within a week. I still didnot received it. . After so many emails and phone called the company for followed up they never get back to me. One day on 22 October 2015 they posted the watch back as same as conditions I sent to them. The watch still broken strap and not working. What is warranty mean to them? Now I waste my money and watch just a junk in my drawer. I sent demand letter and complaint case (from Consumer affairs ) to the company. They contracted me back and offer to give the other chance to repair the watch plus they will pay for postage cost. A week later I received watch back. I couldn't believe it watch still doesn't work! And they refused for response for postage cost. I called consumer affairs and has been advised to send watch back and demand full refund. I sent watch back and asked for refund. The company refused to refund by excused that I didn't send manual book and a plastic cover. Now I haven't get refund and the company got the watch. All conversation kept records by phone calls and emails for evidence in court.

Beware Credit Card Holders

I don'that regularly use my credit card to purchase things but because they didn't have a PayPal or other payment system and it was considerably cheaper I used my credit card. It was the last purchase I made before someone got my details and used my credit card for $1000 worth of purchases. Like I said. I don't use my card often, so it's more than likely my numbers fell into the wrong hands. I'm not saying it's the company's fault, but if you can, avoid using credit details. Try find a safe banking alternative as opposed to using your credit details. It's been over 2 weeks and my watch still hasn't arrived. Domestic postage shouldn't take this long. Next time I'll be forking out more money to buy from another retailer. It's not worth all the trouble I've had.

I am deeply sorry what happened to you. We do not know what your order number is and hence not able to locate your order and its delivery process. However generally it takes about 5~7 business days to receive a watch from us if we do not have the watch in stock at the time of your purchase.

In regards to the credit card fraud, we do not store your card information. I really do not know what may happen here. however if you can provide us with more details maybe we can help you better.

Great Service, Great Communication

I received my watch less than 2 weeks after ordering. The watch showed up in excellent condition, in original packaging, with a Diesel authenticity certificate. I was kept informed about the purchase and that it had been shipped. The watch was priced exactly as it should have been and as it is no longer produced by Diesel and I have been unable to find it anywhere I was excited to discover Watchdepot. Thank you very much.
