I must admit I was skeptical of the company at first but i was wrong. The amazingly priced watch was delivered really fast and the customer service was faultless. No issues with the watch either. Thank you Watchdepots.

Honestly, the price of the watch was very reasonable. Received the watch in 2 days, however it was faulty (frame/ring around the watch came off from the box). First impression, watch is not authentic! Contacted customer support the next day, spoke to [Name], who got aggressive and defensive over the phone. Requested for another person to call back, spoke to [Name]. He was helpful, explained the cause of the faulty watch, asked to post the watch back and because it was their error, they would refund the postage fee for returning the watch.

Posted the watch back to them. I received it back in one week, fixed. Emailed back to find out about the refund. Got [Name] this time, "your email has been forwarded to the concerned department". Fine.... waited, now it's been 6 weeks, still waiting. Sent another email, now no response at all.

Definitely not buying anything else from them no matter how cheap the price may be. Very poor customer service, cannot be trusted, I still don't know if the watch i bought is authentic . Oh well, mistake learned.

First class service from First Class Watches. They accepted a price-match offer for this purchase. Unfortunately, the first delivery had a small manufacturing defect but a replacement was sent out the very next day and it was pre-checked for any cosmetic imperfections. I purchased an MK watch with express shipping. It didn't arrive express however, did receive it eventually and the staff were apologetic about the delay. The watch is nice.

I must admit I was really hesistant to use this company just because I hadn't heard much of them and payment methods did not gurantee protection. However, communication was great I received my watch in 3 days in all packaging plastic watch wrapping certificate of authenticity and the warranty book. I was extremely happy with the end product id certainly recommended them deal with them again! Try them out and you won't be disappointed :))

contacted them before making the purchase over the phone. Their staff is quite knowledgeable with watches and I got all my answers so i made the transaction. Everything was smooth, got the watch in the next 2 days.
It is a black armani watch, ar2453. Everything is just perfect. Very happy customer and will definitely come back for you man.

it is probably the first time i write a review outside ebay. Watchdepots.com is a great website with awesome prices. I ordered a watch on 4th April and received it on 14th... Although they told me it was going to be within 7 business days delivery but coz i lived in lane cove, which is just like just next to chastwood so i think it is a bit slow.
Apart from this, their watch is great and I got a MK5055 for my gf and it is just an unbelievable bargain!! She loved the watch!!!

I was hesitant to buy from them due to the earlier reviews but I decided to give them a go and I'm glad I did! Sometimes customers can only be bothered to leave a review when they have a bad experience and take good experiences for granted or simply expect them. So I've decided to boost their ratings. I found their communication to be not only amazing and timely but they were also willing to answer all of my queries. My watch arrived within the advertised 10 business days and was beautiful.
I will admit some draw backs are that you can't pay by Paypal and the 3% discount from fb didn't work.
Overall I would highly recommend them as I found the sales staff very accommodating, friendly and always contactable. And most importantly their watches are stunning!

Very dishonest an untrustworthy company. Poor service, slow dispatch, not sure if watch is a knock-off. Granted, they are very cheap but do yourself a favour and avoid this company as you may end up getting ripped off as I did.

it was too long for the delivery to arrive to my place, 10 days after purchase! I was expecting something sooner than that. I know their based in Sydney, it could be sooner to have it received.

what i do not like online ordering is the service could not be delivered instantly. Want to inquiry their cash on delivery payment method, Seems like they did not like to pick up phone call straight away, I called up 3 times today and all went to an ending beep. Will try to call them again tomorrow once they are open.
