Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The watch itself is perfect and the delivery was very quick but the customer service was non-existent. Emails were repeatedly ignored and Ivan was incredibly rude for something which could have been a simple fix.

I ordered a popular watch that was out of stock from most sellers. There was a few days delay, and they offered me a refund, but I chose to wait. The attached arrived as promised.

Ordered a Citizen Forza in October with regular postage, by the end of November it had not arrived and the tracking on the shipping had not updated so I got a bit apprehensive, spoke to the guys at watch exclusive and was asked to give them some time to find out where the watch was, as they were not able to track the watch down and had made a claim with the postal service they agreed to send another with DHL, the watch was sent on the 19th of December and arrived today the 20th. Really happy with the purchase and the guy's at WE EU went above and beyond to get the watch to me before Christmas. Would recommend but choose DHL shipping rather than regular post.
