Total scam I need you to cancel whatever you keep trying to steal from me. I had to request a new debit card

TOTAL scam!!! Bill you $6.99 with no mention of a recurring charge... then, you start getting billed $29.99 per month with NO way to cancel or contact company!!! TOTAL fraud!!!!

Additionally, watch faces do not work or download!!!

I can't cancel my subscription anywhere! It was supposed to be €6.99 for Watchfaces once, but now they're trying to charge me $29.99 every month! I want to cancel it (which I wasn't even supposed to buy!), but I can't! They're scammers!

This is an absolute con. Signed up in good faith but there was no mention of it being a recurring payment. To make matters worse it won't even work on my watch. I've had no response to queries. So far not able to stop the payments.

Fraude! App is not legit and they will book of amounts on your account. Because it’s paid with Apple Pay it’s hard to track it. For my bank I needed to disconnect Apple Pay and then connect it again. You’ll get an other Apple ID number and then there not able to book it in authorised of your account. It sucks! Because I found out the almost booked 300 off my account. It’s a SCAM

Be careful with Watch Faces Gallery-Facet. Complete scam. They tell you it is a one-time subscription of $6.99. However, they start charging your credit card $29.99 on a monthly basis.
Big-time scammers.
Cancelling subscription is almost impossible.
You have to call your bank to block your card.
Be aware!

Scam!! I keep getting charged even though I cancelled

The app does not work on iPhone 16 Pro Max nor on my Watch Series 10. I downloaded it and none of the watch faces will load up on the app gallery. Called customer support for refund, they could not find my registered email then proceed to ask me for my credit card number. Don't trust this business, I rather take my losses than share more of my personal info with them. Stay away!!!

Scam company. They will charge your card repeatedly without authorization. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Cancel/block your CC, demand charge back and file a report.

These guys are scammers. They lure you with the bargain deal to slap you with the expensive subscription at $29.99 USD monthly. When trying to cancel, they’ll send a generic link to cancel subscription that will not work, and when you bring it up to them, they ignore you or keep sending the same non working link.

This is scam they took 30 dollars out of my bank account when I did not subscribe to anything

its a scam you pay for the faces and they sign you up t a subsciption wihout you knowing and make it difficult tom cancel, they should be in jail its robbery

Absolutely horrible experience. The app doesn’t work. It is virtually impossible to cancel the subscription. Their customer service support is useless.
