Can’t give it minus stars as no option! This company is a scam they took £3.99 initially then this signs you into a subscription which you don’t know about and they have taken £29.99 out of my account, you cannot contact them then when you try to cancel the said subscription it won’t let you, disgusting!!! Rip off b@@@@@@s please do not join this company

Fraudulent business practices. Purchased through Instagram with a Low price on the front end as one time purchase and now I am stuck in a subscription that I am unable to cancel. The link provided by the company to cancel subscription does not work.

A total disgrace. Trying to contact them on email but getting any kind of contact is like talking to a brick wall.
I blocked them at may bank so they can’t withdraw any money.

These watch faces gallery and others similar to it are a complete fraud. They charge initially something small like $6.99 and then automatically roll you into a subscription you never asked for and charge $29.99 and $49.99 monthly. Total disgrace and extremely hard to cancel.

MINUS 5 STARS. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS HAPPENED. I'M USUALLY VERY CAREFUL. I WAS ON APPLE'S SHOP LOOKING AT WATCH FACES WHEN THIS CAME UP ALTHOUGH IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH APPLE. I WOULD NEVER VOLUNTARILY BUY A NON APPLE PRODUCT. TOO LONG IN THE TOOTH. THE NEXT THING I KNOW I HAVE AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT I HAVE SIGNED UP FOR PRODUCT, AGREEMENT ONN THEIR TERMS, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH... THE HAD CARRIED OPOUT THE OLD TRICK OF DEDUCTING 99 CENTS/ 75 P TO TEST MY ACCOUNT WAS LIVE AND THE PUT ME THROUGH FOR $29 PER MONTH RECURRING INDEFINITELY... HAPPILY I'M WITH A BANK THAT KNOW THEIR STUFF AND HAD IT SUSSED VERY QUICKLY. ASK YOURSELF WHY APPLE WOULD OFFER EXPENSIVE WATCH FACES

The same situation! They charged me for nothing! Now I don’t know how to unsubscribe the payments!

Unfortunately, I am in the same situation that many users have reported when purchasing from Watch Faces Gallery. I bought a watch face for $3.99 to test. So far, so good. A few days later, they charged me $29.99 in the form of a monthly subscription, which I never signed up for. I have tried several ways to cancel the subscription, but it is impossible, as they advertise several ways that do not really work. It is curious how this company is still authorized by Apple and the Google Store to make its apps available in their online stores and carry out financial transactions. It is sad to know that there are still companies that benefit financially in this way, with well-intentioned people testing their products/services.

Without a doubt the most criminal website ever. I would give them a zero if I could. No mention of a 29.99 fee. They said to go to a website that doesn’t work to cancel so you have no way to cancel it.

This is a SCAM. Do not purchase anything from them. The app doesn’t work and the price is deceptive. It’s a recurring charge that you cannot cancel.

Charges directly from advertisement links on 3rd party websites like InstaG. The purchase doesn’t show under App store purchases which is not how legitimate purchases related to App store work. Then they start charging you $29.99 out of nowhere! There’s NO active or cancelled subscription on App store & yet they charge $29.99- for what exactly?
Plus the app is not a real watch faces app, it’s just a screen that opens up but then you can’t do anything else on your watch unless you close it! What a gimmick.
Please report to Apple if you got scammed through app store App & CLOSE your account or get a new card asap. They don’t respond to your inquiries because these are fraudsters!

Complete scam. Unable to cancel subscription, which wasn’t advertised or agreed at point of sale. Apple notified, but response from developer asks me to terminate via a corrupt link. No customer service. Making it my mission to find a way to escalate in hope of some sort of prosecution for their scammy scummy app.

LIke all those commenting on this company, there is no way of cancelling what they are charging you, even though you did not sign up for a subscription and are being charged 29.99 per month. You following directions to cancel and they don't accept any of your emails. They are using Applepay to scam and Apple doesn't even know its happening. I've been paying for four months!

I authorized a single payment, but was later charged $29 USD without my consent or any clear notification. There were no pop-ups or messages during the purchase explaining that a subscription would be activated. This kind of practice is completely dishonest and deceptive.

The app makes it extremely difficult to cancel or get a refund, and there’s no easy way to delete your account or unsubscribe.

I’m already in the process of escalating this to consumer protection authorities. Avoid this app at all costs.

Complete Scam, misleading initial price, impossible to cancel the subscription. Nobody reads the detail, I have written 20 times over the last 4 months, I will get my bank to reclaim all the payments and ask them to report the fraud.

Scam. Made me really mad. Keeps charging 30 € every month untill you cancel your card ( because you can not cancel the subscription or delete account). Support reacts just one time.

I am on the same page as everyone else getting scammed by this company and am having a terrible time stopping the charges. $44 canadian dollars for the last 4 months! Ridiculous.

They are total frauds. They don't deliver what they advertise, and they pretend to do a one time $6.99 charge then attempt to charge a subscription rate of $29.99 per month -- and there's no way to cancel it. I've had to deal with Goldman Sachs about my Apple Card three times now -- they need to be pulled from the App Store and heavily fined.

SCAM! I have no subscription with them, but they keep trying to charge my VISA card. When I notify them of the problem, they request my email address and they say there is no active subscription for this address????? BUT they keep trying to charge me. Even If I did have a subscription, there is no way to cancel. Idiots!!
