Great customer service
Took some old gold jewellery that has sat in a drawer for years.
The whole team were very friendly. Malgosia appraised my jewellery and gave me a good price. The money was in my bank account before I left the store. I proceeded to buy two beautiful gold rings and still had money left over.
It was a pleasure to do business with Watcho at Richmond.

Faultless service and great value
I have been eyeing up a particular Seiko Sports watch SSK059K1 for a while. I found it at WatchCo from whom I had never bought before. Boy, did they excel! I got a fabulous discount and free shipping. The watch was with me about 36 hours after I had ordered it in the wee hours of the morning.
I thoroughly recommend this retailer. I am sure if another watch I fancy is added to my collection, and WatchCo stocks it, I will be buying from them again. Faultless.

Placed an order expecting it be 2-3 days and it arrived the next day! It was well packaged without unnecessary excess packaging. Then the product in its own branded packaging as expected. Fabulous product and fabulous service. I'd definitely recommend and will use again.
