This is my 5th watch that I have bought for a family gift from Watcho Jewellers. I keep coming back because no one can beat them on price and service. Somehow they are able to offer a greater discount for the same watch then anyone else.
Buying experience on website is also smooth and had the watch delivered in 48hrs of me confirming the order. Five stars from me!

When I originally went to Watcho in November 2025 with my 25 year old 14 carat gold bracelet that had great sentimental value and had previously had 2 new lobster clasps in its life due to the gold wearing thin, I’d had a bad experience with another local jewellery repair company who had repaired my bracelet twice with a new lobster clasp and both repairs had failed. The second time it fell from my wrist was in the changing rooms of the gym and luckily spotted under a bench by a friend. I’m not comfortable about complaining so I didn’t go back for the refund of £100, stupid I know. So after a recommendation, I went to Watcho who, when I asked if their jewellery repairers were using inferior materials, assured me that the repairers they used were extremely reputable and they could guarantee that the new clasp would not fail. Well, it failed three more times. The final fail happened while eating my dinner and just fell onto the table.Five times in 6 months! I went to Watcho today, although I was dreading the encounter, and they did refund my £100 but the manager told the assistant “just give her the money back“ while removing the clasp, as if it was my fault. So I was refunded the £100 but they made me feel so uncomfortable and I didn’t even get an apology. My bracelet is now unusable unless I can find a jeweller who will repair it with a heavy duty premium clasp. I’ve done some research now so beware! Repairers are now using sub-standard materials but charging premium prices, so if you have a piece of jewellery that has great sentimental value, don’t use local jewellers. Luckily I still have the bracelet but how could you prove the repair is sub-standard if you lose your jewellery?

Fantastic First Purchase Experience!

As an avid Seiko watch collector, I found a model I wanted to add to my collection on Watcho's Website being offered with a 20% discount, extended warranty, and a £50 loyalty credit. I completed my on-line order which was very easy to navigate.
Seiko watches at this level can suffer misalignment QC issues, so I contacted Watcho via their WhatsApp account asking to check my watch prior to dispatch. Within 30 minutes I received a very polite response confirming the hands, chapter ring, and bezel had been checked and all were excellent. They also reiterated their understanding on the importance of this for Seiko collectors. Watcho really know their products and customers!
After making my purchase, I found another Seiko watch I was keen to get, a limited edition with a 50% discount. I contacted Watcho again asking to buy the watch and whether I could redeem my £50 loyalty credit from my earlier purchase. Mala contacted me and the customer service I received was second to none. Polite, assistive, and nothing was too much trouble. My business was genuinely appreciated.
Mala applied my loyalty credit to my account which allowed me a total discount of £580 off the two Seiko's purchased; a saving of over 41% overall.
Both watches arrived the next day, securely packaged and gift wrapped!
This was my first purchase experience with Watcho, it won't be my last!

My partner likes the watch I gave him from here. It is lighter on his wrist to wear because it has a leather strap, his other watches were hurting with metal straps. The delivery was in 2 days as well, which was very quick. I am very happy with the service I required and the price was also good.
