Flawed and useless

There is no way to review what is stored on the micro sd card. The camera does not offer an option to reverse and the info on sd card is flawed. The product is useless. Bought in 2/27/24 and 1 year of recording after card said full, the info is faulty.

Advertising Misleading

Just received product. High powered magnification required to read enclosed instructions which are very convoluted. No mention of SD Card requirement (not included). Website misleading regarding install/setup which suggests "plug and play". I'll be returning product.

Unreliable! Responsible for my insurance rate to go up!

One star for the clear picture. Other than this- don;t waste your money for this camera. Had it for the last 2 years, or exactly 1 1/2 year. for 30 days it was working ok. this is when your 30 day money back expires. However, I had an accident when someone dented my car and the camera DID NOT record the evidence. I ended up using my own insurance. For the last 6 months I had that camera another accident happened and when I checked later on the camera was on just before the accident and started working again right after the accident, but missed the event. AGAIN. I guess- "Murphy's Law". Anyway, after that I started watching the camera constantly and noticed that its on when I start the car and start driving and after awhile it goes dark (off). Upon checking the plug it showed it is powered and the camera has power but stops working. then suddenly may start working on its own.
Bottom line: Very UNRELIABLE! You get what you paid for!

Initial Price Is Fair, but…

Dash cam requires a SD card for recording, not included. Mini USB cable mentioned in the written instructions for charging the device from a source other than the provided car cigarette lighter adapter, not included. Written instructions sent with the device have little relevance in general for the unit actually shipped. State upfront what is not included, and provide relevant instructions.
