When I started using waterdrop, I was happy with the convenience and that there weren’t any artificial sweeteners. Now all but a handful of flavors have sucralose, which for one, tastes gross and fake, but I’m also allergic to. Every new flavor that has been released in the U.S. has it instead of stevia, so I definitely don’t order as much as I used to. The thrill of being part of the Waterdrop community is gone, mostly because the accessories/bottles are now dated and there was no advent calendar this year with exclusive items. Also really sad that the Ricola flavors did not get released here if they had stevia instead of sucralose.

Service is quick and reliable. Love frosted lime, Lemon and orange flavours. Also trying the pink lemonade flavour just now. Gives me a decent vitamin boost and kept colds and coughs at bay.

Always pleased with the quality of products

I've bought Lucy Filter Carafe, and it's been great so far. It filters super quickly, and water tastes good. I'm happy that I will finally reduce plastic waste, since tap water is not an option for drinking in my city. Customer service is absolutely amazing, and I already recommended this company to my friends.

Thought I'd try the energy/boost drinks and purchased the multi packs, with cherry, mango etc.
The delivery time is slow, over a week which in today's delivery world of one to two days makes it very slow.
The packaging is OK and I like the idea of individual pods so can take a few out with me and just need water.
Sadly flavours are weak, and for the price I'm just not impressed.
I can get 2ltr bottle of cordial for £1 - £2 providing more drinks.
As for the added things that are meant to give you energy etc, not noticed a difference at all.
Sadly they've had my money and I'll have to force myself to drink them now even though I don't look forward to it.
Might double up the drops to get some flavour.

Purchased a 7-Filter Osmosis System, best thing I purchased this year, unfortunately started having issues with the system, contacted customer service and they resolved my issue professionally and quickly. Huge thank you to Becky who was professional and dealt with my issues quickly.

Love using Waterdrops. I get a monthly order. However the bottle selection and what you can get with redeemed points is not as good as it used to be.

Stainless steel bottles are excellent — they keep drinks cold for a very long time. They’re practical to carry anywhere. The flavors are great, especially Coke in sparkling water! Definitely highly recommended if you want to switch to healthier drinks!

I like the ability to safe so much plastic, but still being able to add flavour or vitamins to my water.
Sadly they changed the sweetener from stevia in everything with caffeine, so when my stock is empty, I will be looking for another brand.
I also have different kinds of bottles, and there's something wrong with the measurements; in my glass bottles (600 ml and 1 L), there is actually room for a little bit more, so I'm sure, that i get at least that amount of water - but with my new all purpose bottle (600 ml), the amount is closer to 550 ml og even 500 ml (a part of the problem is also, that is seems, that the manufacturer probably forgot to think about the cap using up space in the bootle)..

I purchased the lemon lime and also the cola. I do like the taste but the packaging is excessive. The individual mini coffee pod like capsules are a not very environmentally friendly. Those are then in a draw styled box, which I imagine adds to the cost of these.
$17 for a pack of 12 is over the top. I'm sure if packaging was reduced so would the price be. These outweigh the benefit of taste.

"I had a very positive experience with Waterdrop customer service, particularly with Lene and Rosie. My initial order, for the Waterdrop X Series Dual Flow Reverse Osmosis System, X12-PRO, was delayed due to a missing digit in my shipping address (my fault). After contacting customer service, they were very helpful in resolving the issue while the shipper lost the package. They arranged for a replacement package to be sent with expedited shipping, which arrived by October 8th. Additionally, they processed a price match refund of $120 for my order due to a recent price drop. I really appreciate their accommodating and helpful approach throughout this process and am now enjoying my new filter.

Speedy delivery and free plus love most of the flavours

Have been ordering these for a while. Love these flavors! Always receive them fairly quickly.

The flavour was ok but could be a bit stronger what I dont like is the white powder stuff that sits on the bottom of my drink bottle and they seem to leave a greesy look in my glass drink bottle just makes me wounder what is in these cubes

I love water drop bottles the most but I also like many of the water flavors. My least favorite flavor is the Cola flavor. I had an issue with a bottle and customer service sent me a new one. I was so pleased I ended up buying two more in the green and blue colors because I loved them so much and I was grateful for the customer service.

The drinks are on the expensive side, since canned 12 ounce beverages can be as low as between 25 and 35 cents a can on sale. I also find I need to use two per waterdrops per drink to have enough flavor, unless the drinks are around 8 ounces. When strong enough, the flavors in general are enjoyable. I especially value the special sales that can reduce the cost per drink. I have been glad to recommend the product to others.

Easy to select what your looking for. Great offers and rewards system is fantastic also.
