UK512948 not received, yet it's apparently been delivered.

Disappointed as delivery to the UK takes weeks. If you need to reorder order in plenty of times. I will be looking at other suppliers where they deliver within 5 working days

I enjoy the different flavors and trying new ones. I find myself drinking more water with the waterdrops than I would just plain water and I've noticed that I feel much better.

Company claims to care about the environment, and it's whole marketing campaign is based on that, yet it's aggressively adopting AI across all facets of its business. That claim to help the environment with your product by reducing plastic waste via fewer bottles consumed is null and void when you invest so heavily in infrastructure that wastes so much energy and water.

Absolutely love our Waterdrop filter. The water quality is fantastic — pure, fresh, and no odd taste or smell whatsoever. Installation was a breeze, and replacing old filters couldn’t be easier. Their customer service deserves five stars alone: quick responses and hassle‑free warranty replacements. This is the best filter we’ve used, and I recommend it to anyone who wants great‑tasting water and a company that truly stands behind its product.

I don't like some of the new flavors. Why did you discontinue the original flavors you had.

I never drank water before now for the past 3 years I do because of this wonderful products.

Ordering and supply system needs review by Waterdrop. I now have a delivery date for 26th May, this is 11 days after the order was placed and paid for. I'm now looking at other similar and less expensive products that have delivery dates measured more in hours than days and weeks.

It was brilliant, arrived within 2 days
Decided I liked their product, so placed another order
This went so wrong
I was told I would have to wait for 10 days for a delivery (FedEx)
How can this company expect to retain customers ?
I sent them an email, I got no help at all from their customer services
I can get the same products on Amazon, same price with next day delivery

Everything about this company is great!
Last year I bought a Thermo tumbler along with a few test packs.
The flavors were great and I have bought other packs but the description for the tumbler said that it holds warm liquids for 6h and 12h cold liquids but my experience was a bit different. I used the tumbler for almost a year and only now sent them an email informing them that my tumbler didn't kept the liquids warm or cold for the amount of time described. They replied super fast and quickly solved the issue by offering to replace it.
Yoan helped me and after I confirmed that I wanted a replacement he replied with the new order confirmation so quick that I was amazed.
Everything about this experience was amazing. I was already sold on the products but after how amazing this experience has been, I'm even more sure that I will buy from them again.

Very slow delivery. The packaging is absurd - plastic, plastic, and more plastic.

Flavour is okay but will definitely look for a more environmentally friendly product.

The shipping time is rather quick, the bottles are of high quality and the micro drinks are really delicious and it has a lot of variety.

Absolutely love waterdrop and their products! I had a minor issue with one of the bottles I bought however when I contacted them, they were very quick to put things right. Very happy with the service!

I have purchased orange WaterDrops and was very surprised. For people that remember the orange flavour of Tang and liked it will like this too.
In the past I had these aroma rings on a water bottle and was surprised but these are far superior.

It was great and fast, i had missed i need to be home for the delivery but it was fast and i could get it in a postbox. I received a wrong flavour but the support was fast and really helpful.
