Waterfords Yateley have been absolutely excellent in finding a buyer for my property. In just under 3 weeks a buyer was found which happened to be the first person to view it. Harry Dean has been brilliant from the start keeping in contact every step of the way.

In the last two weeks I have registered with nearly every agent in the Yateley, Sandhurst and Crowthorne area. Whilst we are still yet to find a house, Sheralee has been a highly proactive and responsive agent.

I must also mention that Harry has been equally excellent. Both were very engaged during our first viewing, and helped us visualise the potential of the property we saw.

Harry and James did a great job selling my house, always keeping me up to date with the position of the sale. Highly recommended.

Initially our experience was good as the agents notified us that the landlord was interested in our offer the day after we viewed the property. They were very available by phone and email and all seemed to be going very well. Unfortunately they used a third party reference checking site called Goodlord which made the process very confusing and inefficient. In the end it took us nearly a month and a half to complete the reference checking and to be given the ‘all clear’ to rent the place. We found out our application was approved 4-5 days before our move in date when we had viewed the place nearly a month and a half prior. The experience was very stressful in the end and we did not feel the service we received was at all personable or that the communication was transparent. We love the property we have moved into and are grateful for that, but going forward we would not choose Waterfords again.

Alexsey was excellent from first contact to last - always available when needed and communicative with the latest developments. Thank you Alex! I would highly recommend Waterfords.

Oliver Manning at the Fleet branch looked after the sale of our much-loved family home. He was driven to not only get us a sale but find us the best possible buyer, which he achieved. His knowledge of the market in Fleet, and his contacts with potential buyers, worked perfectly for us. He got us from memorandum of sale to completion in nine weeks, too. Highly recommended.
