Waterhog and DHL , what a bad combo.
My mat has not been delivered.
DHL tried to deliver but left a calling card but when I tried to track my delivery and alter the delivery time and day to a suitable time for someone to be in to receive the delivery I was unable .DHL tried to deliver next day but there was nobody in to take delivery and they didn’t even leave a calling card this time .
I have tried to alter the delivery again but the website want let me.
Waterhog needs to us a different delivery service.
It’s been 2weeks now and I have had no contact.
So if there is someone from Waterhog reading this please try to contact me to sort this out .

Great mat!
Fast delivery. Beautiful mat and works perfectly. Great non slip too! Appears extremely durable and great quality and I'm sure it will last a lot longer than our last ugly door mat! Very pleased :)

Terrible website, hard to select items and place an order
I’m sure the mats would be good if one could just manage to place an order! Dreadful website makes it hard to select the right products and then impossible to edit the shopping cart. Added to which every time I try to see my basket it just offers me a dog bowl mat, seems there’s no way to see how to get past that. Given up.

Attractive and durable mats
These are not cheap mats but that’s the point- they are functional but smart looking and if they last as promised the larger size especially really helps keep interiors clean. Impossible to comment yet on longevity, but I like the fact they are designed to live outside in all weathers.

Probably a good product
Probably a good product, but as with some other reviewers they suffer from appalling courier services, in our case DHL. DHL claimed to an attempted delivery when we were sitting in a room next to the front door, also covered by two CCTV cameras. Guess what? No attempt. Interestingly this was half an hour before the scheduled time, at just before five o’clock knocking off time. Try to reschedule? Website won’t permit. And don’t even think about trying to phone DHL as they charge you, yes you, 7p per minute for the privilege. Someone we know was held on a call for over an hour for similar problems recently and got stung for £72. So we won’t be calling! We have to wait a further three days before another alleged attempted delivery. Very annoying, and not a good advert for the company.
