Gary who changed our machine over today was very polite and efficient, great service from him. However, the orders department have not performed well over the summer, having ordered water via email and then chasing by phone numerous times they advised that they hadn't put the order in, subsequently we ran out of water in the hot weather. Lets hope the orders team perform better moving forward.
Very good company, great communication, great service. will continue to use going forward.
