It was easy to organise the first service of my 1st gen Atom (although I then had to wait a few weeks) after far too long. Thankfully Edward wasn’t fazed by the corrosion and replaced a few parts and it is now running smoothly and quietly again. I won’t wait 6 years before I have it serviced again!

Wattbike issue with shifters sorted under warranty all good.
Email confirmation originally said 8:30 but got a call at 8:00 pushed back to 11:00 not ideal but at least I was contacted so i could adjust my plans.
The service engineer Ed is good and knows his stuff.

I sent a wattbike monitor B back to the company for repair. The unit was returned to me with exactly the same fault. I do appreciate that there may be a fault in the cable ( which I am in the process of replacing) but the company's AI replying to emails is totally frustrating and a waste of time. It just delays getting any sense out of them. The AI always says it refers onwards to a decision maker but the delay between the two means there's no continuity when a fault is reported. I strongly suggest you replace this nonsense with a polite out of hours email then do a proper job on it.

Good to speak to a human, I was on hold for 30mins, but once chatting the fault was quickly diagnosed. I was advised that an engineer would phone within 7 days. I called on day 6, the engineer called back immediately. He struggled to get an appointment within 6 weeks, not his fault!!! Watt bike get more engineers!!! He came and resolved the fault and was a lovely chap!
My bike is as good as new!

Came again after not fixing the problem during the service. Took the bike almost to pieces and tightened pretty everything. Not sure what fixed it but it's now running nice and quiet again. Good communication during the process and arrived when they said they would on both occasions.
