The process for booking a Watt Bike service is simple and the service provider communicated well before the service. The engineer serviced the bike to a like new feeling and found the source of the annoying tick which had developed and resolved it. As in past very satisfied with the service and the outcome.

Purchased a Wattbike secondhand from a a friend who no longer used it. The right shifter was not working. I called to book a service to get it fixed, at a cost of around £200. The customer service agent I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, understood my issue immediately, and instead suggested that they could send a £25 shifter replacement and instructions on how to fit - saving me £175. Brilliant and honest customer service - the best I have received in a long time! Great job!

Although my Wattbike is back up & running, it was not a smooth process to have it serviced. It required a second visit - The silence or lack of communication was deafening. I had to force Wattbike & the third party to explain when my bike would be repaired. I was not confident the work would be carried out in an acceptable time without my own intervention. Sad because the bike itself is awesome - The price of success 🫣
What a change to the bike. It's not just running smoothly and quietly, it also had new bar tape and a water bottle holder fitted. Won't leave it 5 years before the next one.

Ordered and paid for a bike service on 22 February. Now 17 March and no contact. When contacted Wattbike last week was told someone would contact me imminently. They never did. For a reputable brand / product the customer service is appalling.

Booking was easy and the follow up from the engineer very quick. He arrived at the stated time and was very efficient. Carried out the service and was friendly. I was very pleased with all the aspect.

Engineer was good when he finally arrived.
Wattbike took full payment over 4 months before the actual service, gave no updates and communication was non- existent. I had to continually chase to be either hit with AI responses or basically told they had no idea when they could fulfil my order.
Dreadful.
Edit - wattbike have reached out post this review and made clear how they’re approaching the issues with services. They also partly refunded some cost which has gone a long way to resolving things. So I’ve changed this from 1 star to 3 star on that basis.
The whole process worked well from initial contact through to completion.The service company contacted and kept me informed all the way and the service engineer was efficient and answered my questions

Booked a service for a Watt Bike we had purchased previously. Ultimately the end result was good, but lots of problems in between - came to collect from the wrong address, our loan bike was not the same quality as the one we had so members noticed the poor performance, it took multiple weeks longer than we were told at the start, and then they went to the wrong address again to recollect at the end.
So mixed.
