Response time re order queries from the team was exceptional. A minor hiccup with my order was sorted promptly and without any hassle. Love the products in my kitchen. I’m so happy to ditch the plastics and support an Australian, family business.

Love the new teak utensils which replaced my entire old black plastic set. They’re awesome. Nice to hold and easy to clean. My experience extended to the teak chopping board splitting across the handle within a week or so but the team at Wattle & Wombat were so quick to approve and send me a new one….thankyou for making the purchase memorable. For the right reasons.

I treated myself to the teak utensil set last Christmas. These are perfect for my kitchen as i love the look of wood. My BF saw the set & then ordered some herself. Then her sister inlaw spotted her set over the Christmas holidays. Like us you'll be impressed with them.

We are slowly making the switch in our house to low tox products. I found Wattle and Wombat, an Australian owned and operated company.
I purchased the Teak wood 9 set of kitchen utensils.
These utensils are lovely to hold, terrific to use and give a satisfying " woody clunk" sound when using them.
These utensils are all teak wood, so no more nasty plastic or silicone in our food.
One spatula arrived slightly damaged, from the postage- I contacted Wattle and Wombat- sent photos- and the owner- Olly- emailed me straight away. I had a replacement utensil coming, free.
We now have our house motto- "Buy once, buy well". Just like my grandparents did.
Wattle and Wombat are a terrific company, and I have told all my friends and family to have a look too.

I’m really happy with the utensil set I purchased. The finish is very high quality and they are really lovely to use. I’d searched stores prior to my purchase but found what they offered to have a very raw finish. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase, thanks again.

This is such a beautiful product, was so happy when I unwrapped my delivery. I ordered the utensils set for my birthday and it really did not disappoint. Not to sound outrageously fake, because this is a legit review, but this is the type of set that my kids will remember when they are older. It gives those nostalgic Nanna's kitchen vibes. The set is such great value for money and I received a free mineral oil as well! Customer service is very responsive, I had minor damage to one of my spoons. I received a response hours later and received a replacement spoon days later. So pleased with my set :) Highly recommend. Cute gift idea too!! Thank you Wattle & Wombat :)

The wood utensils are very good, and my daughter and I use them all the time. We weren't sure how they would go at first, so we put all our other plastic/silicon to the side where we could still get them if we felt we needed them, but the only thing we have grabbed since starting using the wood ones 2 months ago is the egg flipper. We can't seem to manage flipping pancakes with the wood utensil as they aren't as thin as the silicon ones. However, that is our only complaint as we really like the wood utensils, and they have not scratched or marked any of our pans so that's a plus.

Having placed and received an order, I got an email asking about the experience and the product and i gave some honest feedback thinking it would go no further, by they should know. Not only did they reply, but after a couple of exchanges and sending a pic as requested, they proactively replaced the item in question. Outstanding customer service and excellent utensil products

Our wooden tools have arrived and they look and feel wonderful. We have use some already and we have no complaints.
We are trying to get rid of our plastic ended tools which when we looked at them had small pieces of plastic missing - a worry yes, hence the move to wooden tools

I recently purchased the Wattle & Wombat kitchen utensils set as I’m phasing out the use of plastic in my kitchen. Upon unpacking I noticed that one groove of the pasta spoon had sadly broken off during shipment.

Since reaching out to Wattle & Wombat I have encountered super courteous, speedy and hazzle-free Customer Service interactions with Olly who immediately offered to send a replacement pasta spoon. She kept me informed about its dispatch and its Australia Post tracking number.

A great company name, great products and a great human being behind this Australian family business - all important aspects in a world where the human touch gets often lost in an automated and digitised world.

I will be cooking up a storm with my wooden Wattle & Wombat kitchen utensils- I’m loving their look and feel!
