Finally, a browser that makes your life more organized, less cluttered, and more manageable! I’ve already uninstalled other browsers and have been using Wavebox as my main browser now. Thanks for building this.

Wavebox is the best tool for managing your apps and accounts on your desktop!
For me, Wavebox is the "homepage" of the desktop similar to the homepage with apps/folders/widgets on iOS/Android. Everything is organized, all apps are installed (with multiple accounts), easy control of notifications and focus mode. And many more cool features unique to Wavebox!
After trying several alternatives and using another for a few years, I can say without a doubt that Wavebox is the best and worth the pro plan.
Customer service is very kind, detailed, transparent and responsive :)
Compared to alternatives, Wavebox keep their release closest to Chromium releases - and it's super important for security reasons.
Highly recommended!

I've been a Wavebox user for the past 3 years, and it's been fantastic at keeping me organized. Wavebox calls its product a "Browser for Work", but it's better described as an indispensable productivity platform. Before Wavebox, I had multiple disorganized browser windows and tabs that were a huge barrier to productivity. Wavebox fixed all of that for me. As for customer service, they're amazing. I was having trouble with one of my apps, and reached out for support. I received a response almost immediately, and a fix was rolled out within 2 days. Highly recommended!

I work in higher ed and have worked at multiple institutions since I started using Wavebox in 2019. Wavebox has made the transitions between jobs so much easier since it is so easy to set up a workflow that makes sense and keep all communication in one place. I am much less worried about forgetting something or missing a notification these days thanks to Wavebox.

I love cookie container so much and its auto naming. I can open multiple tabs of same app easily. This app save me a lot of time. Highly recommended!

I have been in IT for 40 years and this is one of the best products I have ever used! It makes my day MUCH more productive and much easier to get to the important systems and accounts in just one click.

Unbelievably useful and beautiful product. Great service. I have been using Wavebox for about a year and I couldn't imagine my web browsing without Wavebox anymore. Wavebox, as a personal tool, has enormous potential in decluttering your workflows. Just give it try!!!

Destroying performance on my 2021 Macbook M1 Pro. Struggling for 2 weeks now to overcome crippling slowdowns. All memory is being consumed by Wavebox, and I can't even exit the App consistently without Force Quit.
The concept here is amazing, and it has been a great app the past 2+ years, but it is clearly not compatible with the M1 Pro. Other reviewers have better experiences, but I am skeptical.

I use a lot of software, I guess we all do these days between our phones, tablets and PCs. There are some things that I hate paying for (looking at you Adobe), some I shrug and pay anyway, but few I actually like to pay for. Wavebox is one that is worth every damn penny of the subscription. With so many tools now online, you basically live in your browser and tabs are unwieldy, even with tab groups. Wavebox just takes all the pain away. You forget you're dealing with websites - it just feels like an OS in itself. In actual fact, if my PC just booted up Wavebox, I could do 95% of my work just fine. But to me, the crowning feature is the cookie containers. My work uses G Suite, I run social media on behalf of someone, and I use Gmail personally. And everything is kept completely isolated. That feature alone is worth the price of the subscription. Yes it can be done in Chrome by switching profiles, but in Wavebox it's entirely seamless and automatic.
I am honestly not affiliated with Wavebox in any way, this is a genuine review from a happy user, because good software is something you should shout about...

I found myself "working"on getting ready to do work every morning! I had to get my tabs the exact way I needed for my Project switching (task switching on steroids) and groups a certain way....and many times it wasn't static - so it moved around a lot (group tabs would be left half of the chrome window, sometimes in the right etc).....but then it hit me, wavebox has "pinned" my webapps exactly how i want them and gives me nuanced control (nested under a group, pinned on the top bar etc).I barely tweak it now (which is saying a lot for crazy workflow optimizer like me lol).
As a virtual assistant, I wanted to find a system that would support me in flipping between different clients and the accounts that they use.
I heard about Shift initially and gave it a go, only to find that it slowed me down. It slowed my whole system down! After changing settings in the background to "improve performance", as they suggested, it was still terrible. And so, I looked for an alternative.
I gave Wavebox a try after hearing something about it somewhere and reading the reviews. I struck GOLD! This is exactly what I was looking for and, honestly, I don't know how I managed my client work before. It is a GAME CHANGER!
To add to it, their customer support is great. Thank you, Susan, for your help back in November. Much appreciated!

I've been using Wavebox since 2017. It's become an important part of my workflow and productivity. I have two jobs, each of which requires me to use different accounts and apps. Wavebox allows me to centralize all my communications apps in one place. It's become pretty essential to my productivity at this point!

Wavebox is the best browser I've ever used. It incredibly boosted my productivity with the cookie-based profiles and apps. It is also fast and less-resource consuming than most browsers. I highly recommend!

My most important software subscription!
I initially started looking for a browser to solve the problem of having multiple email addresses (work, home etc) logged in at the same time. I came across WaveBox and it does this perfectly and more.
The best feature is the ability to set up "cookie containers" which essentially allows for the running of independent browser setups simultaneously - I have one for personal, one for work, one for uni. They are all accessible without the need to login each time.
Amazing for productivity and organisation, they also offer a generous student discount which has made the software affordable for me while I'm studying :)

I've been using Shift for a while but when I got an M1 Mac I found it was unusable and started looking for alternatives. I stumbled across Wavebox and, having seen it was M1 native I figured it might make a good alternative. I was completely wrong: It's not an alternative, it's a massive upgrade on Shift or any other similar app!
Performance is absolutely outstanding - smooth, fast and fluid doesn't begin to describe the experience
The biggest advantage is that is isn't an Electron or similar wrapper app - it's built directly on top of Chromium and it really, really shows
I feel like I have only scratched the surface of what Wavebox can do but I'm already hugely impressed - it's the app my Macbook has been waiting for!

I have been using Wavebox for about 1 year now and it has made me so much more productive! The software is excellent and has definitely made me more productive and happier to use my many work and personal accounts across the web! Even better, the team that supports the product offers very fast and effective customer service. Thank you Wavebox.io and special thank you to Susan for your excellent support over my time using your amazing product!

I've been using Wavebox for about 3 years now, and I literally can't work without it. As an Executive Assistant (EA), and as the COO of Admin Apto Inc. (an Executive Assistant firm), I use Wavebox to keep everything organized, every single day. For example, in the past when I've worked as an EA and was managing multiple clients, I would have 5 different calendars, 5 different emails, 5 different G-Suites, 50 different types of programs etc. and the ONLY way to keep them separated is to use the Wavebox platform.
The way Wavebox works is basically one large browser that stores information for multiple accounts. If I have 5 different clients, with 5 different logins for G-Suite, Outlook, Zoom, one uses Canva, one uses Expensify, one uses Tailwind etc. I can create 5 different profiles within the Wavebox browser, and each profile has all the programs that company uses, already logged in with that company’s specific information, accessible automatically. I can switch between all 5 profiles instantly and work within that profile without having to logout, find the correct login information, doublecheck the email and calendar information- I literally just click on the profile tab I need to work in and everything is right there.
If that’s not enough to make Wavebox an absolute lifesaver, the user interface is probably one of the most user friendly, comprehensive, and intuitive UI’s I’ve ever seen. On the left-hand side of the browser there are large profile icons that indicate which profile I’m working in, and at the top are all of the programs I need to use within that profile. Each time I click on a profile icon all of the associated programs icons come up with it. When I switch profiles (there is no logging out and in and juggling information), I click on the profile I want to use, and all of the program icons automatically populate at the top. That’s it. That’s the entire system. It’s an absolutely genius platform that makes the work I do so easy and so accessible that I don’t ever have to worry about mixing clients up.
I legitimately haven’t shut up about Wavebox since I discovered it- literally, every EA I’ve ever spoken to get the "Wavebox Speech". It just makes things so much easier. I honestly don’t remember how I did this kind of work without it.

I am using Chrome for years now. I realized that I have too many programs that I minimize/maximize very frequently.
I was searching for a solution and found Wavebox, it serves as an organizer for almost all the things I've been using (except file manager) and does that very neatly.
The support is amazing, even before I was a paid user, I've asked for a specific option and it took the team 2 days to add this as a feature in the beta channel.
