Be aware - Customs
Be aware. Dont purchase from this webshop if your outside EU. You will be charged huge custom/handeling fees and this company. These fees should always be included in shipping costs when selling to consumers, but they dont and your stuck with the bill.
Other companies selling to non EU countries have no problem with including this in the shipping costs and the overall shipment/customs gets way more reasonable for all parties.

Brought a shimano stc travel rod
Brought a shimano stc travel rod, paid for 48 hour shipping but the product turned up 2 weeks later, first use of the rod and it snapped on the smallest snag, I was only using 5lb line which didn’t snap which only leaves a manufacturing issue with the rod, waveinn make it hard to make a claim and then just review the claim and close it, they have no number to speak to someone in person and just a stupid ai bot! AVOID at all cost the slight cheaper price isn’t worth the hassle and faulty products

Shipping much later than estimated
On November 29, I ordered two jackets for my husband for Christmas. The estimated delivery was December 10-15. However, I didn't receive the jackets until January 8. All through December, I was unable to get any more specific tracking information about when the jackets would actually arrive. I tried contacting customer service, but they couldn't tell me anything beyond what I was seeing online. This could be a great experience if you're in no hurry whatsoever to receive your items. My husband was very happy with the jackets when they finally arrived! But if it's time sensitive, go elsewhere.

Doesn't honour UK consumer laws
**UPDATE**
Order placed over 6 weeks ago. No goods received, further more, NO REFUND has been issued - I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER ORDER WITH THEM AGAIN.
I placed an order for a large amount of money. The site had prices all in pounds and came up in search results in pounds. My order has not been delivered in the 30 days allowed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and WaveInn are refusing to refund. I would suggest care when ordering from the UK.
Further to this, they reply to poor reviews with a copy pasted reply with no contact details to make it seem like they will actively investigate. I have already tried to resolve the issue with their support and received copy pasted replies also.

I bought two tripod’s and only received one and when I checked the tracking it says it hasn’t even left their country. I paid $30 for the shipping fee and It has been 5 weeks now and I have emailed them several times only to get an automated response telling me to wait that my item is in transit. I have asked for my money back only to get the same automated response. Don’t buy anything from this company it is an utter joke.

I ordered and paid for a part 3 months ago, 6 weeks ago I contacted Waveinn to let them know it still hadn’t arrived, plus on the tracker system it shows it hasn’t left their country.
3 weeks ago I fulled out a form & still nothing just keep getting emails saying please wait. I have asked to be refunded, but again I’ve been asked to wait. If I end up with the part or a refund in the next week I will edit this review.

Incomplete and broken rod eye
Ordered a 3 pcs surfcasting rod and received a incomplete without the tip section and middle section with a broken eye. Rod is not available here in New zealand and returning it cost more than the Rod. Despite the partial refund offered, i feel like i spent a hundred bucks for incomplete and borken Rod that i cant use.

Bought many fishing items from a rod to hooks, I have been buying fishing gear for 2 years now with them, only problem I have had is when an item turns out not to be in stock and it takes a few days longer to arrive. Would highly recommend trying them, all of the top names for fishing equipment and very good price for delivery with tracking.

Endcap for sailboat, good quality and very good price and delivery time
At Waveinn I ordered a marine endcap with block, 19mm, by Barton to my sailboat. I had previously enquired in several local marine equipment shops without result. The locals could not deliver.
The ordered endcap arrived on time to a very good price and quality and fits perfectly the I-bar on the boat. To my pleasant surprise not only one endcap arrived but two.
