Bought a fishing rod and when I got it…
Bought a fishing rod and when I got it an insert was broken out of one of the guides! Tried to get a refund and keep getting the run around terrible customer service! I will never but anything from them again and if I had read other customer reviews I would of never ordered from this company

Lost shipment no help
Placed an order Jan 8th. Item shipped the 20th. Currently it's March 17th and I have received nothing. After contacting them multiple times now, I get the same response... Either it's in transit or were investigating. Their support seems to be Ai. I'm getting beyond frustrated. So shopper beware. I'll update if anything ever gets resolved.

Order not delivered – no movement since December 21
I placed an order with Waveinn (Tradeinn) under order number 64663958.
The package was shipped with tracking MAIL101857886TX, but the tracking has shown no movement since December 21, 2025.
I have already contacted customer support several times and even filled out the form they requested with my personal details, but I have not received any concrete update or resolution. The only response I get is to keep waiting.
At this point the package has been stuck for months with no explanation, and it has not been delivered.
I am simply asking for a clear resolution: either confirmation of the package location and delivery timeline, or a refund according to the company’s policy.
I hope Waveinn can properly investigate this shipment and provide a solution.

Item described incorrectly and bad customer support
Item described incorrectly, was told I would have to pay my self to return it when it clearly states in the customers support and faqs that if an item was described wrong the seller would cover the cost of postage for returns but not! Better to support local with proper customer support.
It may give the dimensions of the item on the manufacturers website but I bought this item from Waveinn and your description clearly says it fits in a suitcase and it clearly doesn’t, no mention of dimensions on your description. I don’t go onto Heinz website to order or find out that a tin of baked beans is fit for purpose or the nutritional values so don’t try and pass the blame onto Penn, just to let other customers know that after paying £13 for a return label and being told the item would be collected over 4 weeks ago, I don’t even know if and where I can drop this item off to be posted with the return label I bought, I’ve still got the item and no support from this company on how I can get a refund for an item that’s not fit for purpose
