Borderline Scammers
I ordered an item with EXPRESS delivery: GBP 244.96 It STILL turned up LATE despite paying the extra delivery charge. Delivery date was crucial so I had to buy the item from another supplier and return the WaveInn item when it (eventually!) arrived. After complaining about the late delivery they reimbursed delivery costs: GBP 52.49. and I returned the item. However, they then DEDUCTED the delivery refund from the item refund so I contacted then through their CHAT. They denied any wrongdoing, saying they had refunded me fully and closed the chat. Seriously?! Under EU law, customers are entitled to a full refund INCLUDING delivery costs, especially as the EXPRESS delivery failed completely. In my opinion, WaveInn are nothing more than borderline scammers - just check out the reviews from their parent company - TradeInn - (average 2.4* and rated POOR by customers) for a full picture of what they're like.

My experience was very good
My experience was very good, cheaper prices than offered in the Netherlands, same goes for delivery costs.
Products I received are 100% genuine, well packed so no issues at all. Sure, deliverytime takes a couple of days, but not much slower than 'local' suppliers in the Netherlands.
I will buy here again, for sure.

They have lots of stuff I was looking for in the boating area to reasonable prices. Delivery worked fine even to Greece, which is not so easy sometimes.

Delivery Times are a Total Myth
I only bought from WAVEINN (not the cheapest supplier of this item) because of their apparent quick delivery time. I even paid for EXPRESS delivery to get it early. The item did not arrive even on the LATEST date on the delivery window, so I had the buy from another supplier. WAVEINN refused to reimburse my delivery costs either for the EXPRESS service (which they did not deliver) OR for me return the item. Overall they made me pay nearly £50 delivery fees for an item that they did not deliver on time, I could not use.. and had to return.
When I contacted them they said delivery times EVEN EXPRESS times are merely 'ESTIMATES' 😡

ordered one item which was 'available' on the website and after paid and waited for a week to understand why it was not ship it, I checked on my account and it says the item is not yet available. So I wrote everyday a request of info about when they expect the item to be available. so I receive every day the same automatic message saying the item will be available today and of course, this 'today' is already passed several times. So bottom line, if you're looking for an item for your boat and you have weeks/month to wait, then this is fine, otherwise this is not a 'client-oriented' website to order items for my boat. prices are slightly lower however client service is poor and, even more important, information about 'availability' of the items is not correct.

Absolutely disappointed in the company! I ordered waders for my father as a gift, as he was visiting me in Canada. The estimated delivery said May 27th. My order wasn’t shipped until June 10th, today is June 11th and I still haven’t received it. So on top of the shipping fee of $222.99 I have to pay for shipping to where my father is residing. The customer service representative Janet V is rude and refused to redirect me to a manager to speak about the issue, claiming that the manager is unavailable and she doesn’t know when they will be. I understand that the estimated delivery is estimated! However, delaying it by over 2 weeks and not notifying me via email is unacceptable in my opinion!
