Wavertree Car Centre Ltd Reviews 

Overall they are a good company and I would buy from them again. My rating is due to a few issues.
1) the car was due to be ready on the Sunday. But due to delays it could not pick it up till the Tuesday.
2) I was under the impression the car was in good condition. It is also my fault for being to excited when picking it up and not inspecting it properly, but I would have appreciated if they had informed me both rear lights were smashed and letting water in. I only realised the following morning when they were filled with condensation.

That being said, the staff were amazing and the car was at a good price. The car was late due to an issue with the car which they rectified. And perhaps they didn’t know both lights were smashed as it wasn’t obvious when I did a quick walk round of the car at collection.

My car was recently written off due to another car crashing into me.
I was now in the market to purchase a replacement.
I went to a number of car dealers, and looked on line. I don't think on line purchase of a car is good, you need to see it and test it.
I went to wavertree high street, to the Car Centre.
I had a look around, Gary the sales rep came to me, asked a couple of questions, as to what I wanted.
He came up with a couple of cars within my buget.
No pressure, I looked at a car I liked, went for a long test drive with my wife, we loved it . They said they would service the car for me, and sorted all the paperwork,
I collected the car the next day, all done and dusted.

Would highly recommend this garage. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Chris handed us the keys to look over the car, trusted us to take it on a test drive and we literally picked the car up the following day! Wouldn’t hesitate to use this garage again.

Andy was extremely helpful from start to finish, i brought my last car from WCC in 2015 so they where my first choice in finding a new car and i’m so glad i did, amazing experience, Thank you!

My son was looking for his first car, he found a 64 plate Renault clio, it had a few faults which where all fixed including severcing and mot. Andy was true to his word (very uncommon in the industry) highly recommend the family run business.

The buying service was absolutely great. However an hour after we collected the car, we noticed a headlight bulb out and the windscreen wipers also needed replacing, costing me over £50 for both. I had no choice but to go to Halfords to get this done as WCC were closed and my husband was on a late shift so needed to drive home in the dark. Got the email to leave a review asking me to email them before I did this, if there were any issues. I done this over a week ago but still waiting for a reply. So seems like once you’ve paid, they’re not interested.

Found Andy to really helpful and informative in choosing if the car was right for me. Recommend Wavetree to anyone looking for a great car company.

If you want a hassle free and easy flowing buying experience then Wavetree car centre is the place for you. Jules and the team are on hand if you want any info regarding any vehicle and they leave you to shop around. All vehicles were highly maintained and looked after and know that your getting looked after from a great local business. Cheers guys.

Daughter just passed her test, saw and purchased a nice little red ford fiesta. Since purchasing she has been out in it every day and is starting to gain more driving experience. No issues at all so far with car, nice runner at a good price. Would recommend. Thanks to Andy for sorting out finance and the car, really appreciated.

After searching long and hard on the net for a car for my other half, we (she) settled on a lovely bright orange ( who am I to argue) Vauxhall Mokka and thankfully it wasn’t too far away (45 miles) at wavertree Car Centre in Liverpool.
Spoke with salesman Andy on the phone and organised a trip on the Saturday. Once we got there they were just brilliant, no hard sell just helpful and answered all questions patiently. Within the hour we had sorted the part ex ( car, not the wife 🤷🏻‍♂️) done the deal and we were driving it home. Thanks Andy and John. Had the car 2 weeks it drives brilliantly, and is a real head turner ( again the car ) it was serviced and valeted beforehand.
As is these days with so much stuff on cars we had a warning light come on after a week or so, spoke with Andy who advised getting it sorted locally , to save me the hassle of travelling, and they would sort the cost. This I did, getting a quote then apprehensively I rung back and spoke with the lovely Sophie who not only paid but made sure the money was in my account before the job was undertaken with no hassle whatsoever. Although she did have a pop at me because I didn’t have a joint bank account with the wife🤣🤣. ( I’m daft not insane Sophie). If your looking for a great used car their choice is amazing and the way they do business will restore your faith. I’ve never used them before and I personally knew nothing about them but I would have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending them.
