Excellent service would recommend

Excellent service from start to finish.. wouldn't hesitate recommending we relocate to anyone.

The company its self was very good, gave you the time of day with any quiries. The blokw we had to do the photos for the house did a fantastic job and help sell the house in less than 2 weeks. Only down side was the solicitors in which were recomended by them (simpson and millar) who i found were slow with all asspecs of the house. Didnt keep me up to date and found they blamed me alot for them not doing their job properly. They also didnt keep me upto date with company policy which almost sadled me with two mortgages and were slow to give back the money in which i made from the house again Due to policy. But as an estate agent they are one of the best 👌🏻

WeLocate have been superb and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. I've been communicated with and kept up to date the whole way by Kate Steadman and she has been brilliant but the whole team are excellent and you can see that the internal communication works really well. They contact you by phone and follow up with written communication by email every step of the way. They knock the spots off any other estate agents and I will definitely share my positive experience with others. In a world of poor service this has been a refreshing change!

Brilliant from start to finish! We were very impressed with the service provided at We Locate in our recent purchase, Pauline & Jamie were quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had and took great care in supporting us through buying our first home.
