WeLocate. One word to sum them up: refreshing. As a landlord who has fully managed my own property for many years I was a little reluctant to use the services of a letting agent. I then came across WeLocate. I found them to be very fair and honest in their advice on the appropriate service for me; acting in my best interests rather than trying to sell services I do not need. Having bought and sold a number of properties in the last few years, we have never really seen the estate agent as a critical part of the process. We-Locate are the exception! sold in less than a week, for a better price than we had expected, saved over £2500 in estate agent fees and absolutely superb service which really contributed to getting our sale and purchase over the line. A special thanks to Pauline, she was an absolute star and resolved a number of issues for us before we even knew they existed. We honestly couldn't recommend We-Locate highly enough!

I have received excellent service from the team at WeLocate. My property was only on the market a couple of days before a suitable tenant was found. I have had no problems since. I am a first time landlord but the team have helped me all the way and regularly keep me updated. I would highly recommend their service.

I asked We-locate to come and value my house in September 2016. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of their service and decided to instruct them to sell my house. A for sale sign was outside my house within a couple of days and within minutes of the house being advertised on Rightmove and Zoopla, we had viewings booked. Over the first weekend, we had approx 10 viewings and the staff at we-locate conducted the viewings. on our behalf. On the monday, an offer came in slightly under the asking price but certainly an offer we were happy with so we accepted. So within 3 days we had sold our house subject to contract. The exchange and completion all went through by November 11th so it was a 2 month turnaround which is absolutely fantastic. During the 2 months, Pauline at we-locate chased the solicitors, buyer and mortgage lender up which ensured there were no delays. Her support has been above and beyond the call of duty and we are very grateful for that. And the cost of the service was much lower than any estate agent we asked. All in all we-locate is a fantastic estate agent with great staff and I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks to Pauline, Phil, Dave and the rest of a crew for taking an awful lot of stress and pressure off us and good luck for the future!

Quick and reliable when it came to ask information

All I want from an estate agent is a fast and effective service. Phil works quickly and had tennents in the house within 5 days on both occasions it's been available to the public. Phil ensured that the tennents suited the house and always kept the communication channels open keeping me informed on a regular basis. Any issues/problems Phil sorts out swiftly ensuring that both the tennents and myself are satisfied with the outcomes. Rental income is always timely and correct. If you want a reliable and professional service don't look anywhere else.
